Unsatisfactory & unprofessional! Rushed to make it to this location BEFORE CLOSE, after a long day of work as a healthcare provider and was looking forward to my smoothie fix to transition to my evening. Arrived 10 mins prior to close at 9. They had already locked the doors. So I knocked and the two little broads in there looked dead at me, continued to close, then switched the lights off. To make matters worse, another nice customer was outside waiting as well. She arrived prior to me and had the same issue of being ignored. Store 1275, please get these young females who worked the night of June 22, 2022 in line according to Smoothie Kings scheduled close time and professionalism - I doubt I will return to this location unless my concerns are addressed when I speak with management ‼️
Just left and 2 of our drinks were not filled. They said all that could do is put more ice and that’s it. If we paid for the biggest smoothie, why is 2 our drinks not filled up like the other 2 drinks?!Update: owner asked me to email them to fix the issue and have not heard back.

Just left the smoothing king this morning. I paid for a 32oz drink. Not a 32oz cup. Do they not use measuring cups? This is disappointing.
Everytime I come in this Smoothie king, Susan is all smiles and get me right each time. Her excellent customer service is the reason I come every other day !

Sat in line for ten minutes.. not even a hello or I'll be right with you from the teenage girls working. Only one person in line ahead of me.. terrible customer service.
