Fried Catfish was like frozen cardboard, would break it pieces and crunchy. Onion rings looked good, but absolutely no favor. Side salad, literally iceberg lettuce, with cherry tomatoes, and a few fresh ring onions. I mean, possibly, the worst meal I have ever had!
Ordered two appetizers, crab tater tots and fried crawfish. Both came out very 'well done'. The tater tots were edible (although they would have been much better with less frying time), but the crawfish was fried and crunchy all the way through. Our server Madison (who was the one bright spot in our experience) got us a new batch, and they were great. Ready to order our meal.Looking forward to the crab grilled cheese. They don't carry it anymore. Okay, my second choice was Mahi Mahi. Nope, they don't have that either. If she hadn't said they had salmon (not on the menu) we would have walked out. The entrees were good, but there was nothing special about them. Got bread pudding with a 'scoop' of caramel gelato. The gelato was in a small condiment plastic cup. The bread pudding was underwhelming. We were hoping to bring friends here but this will be our one and only visit. Had such high hopes for it!
My Husband and I have been here twice both times food was excellent! Great flavor! Great service!! Look for the lady with crab hat she’s awesome!!! You won’t be disappointed!!

My husband & I went for lunch around 12:30pm. We walked inside & were surprised how slow this establishment was! We sat at the bar, the bartender was great but she had a runny nose. The food was okay, I ordered the mahi mahi wrap & it was dry. My husband had oysters on the half shell & buffalo shrimp. He stated the oysters were more chewy than normal, but the buffalo shrimp was really good. We both had fries for our side, they were very flavorful but definitely needed to be cooked longer in the flyer.
Second times the charm sometimes I guess!Lol ? but great service! Mr. Kenny treated us well he was fast and very charming our food and service were delicious definitely coming back!
First time here and brought my mom with me since she was in town! It was okay, I feel like the food is way too expensive for the food to be just mediocre. Although our waitress was amazing though and was constantly asking us if we were okay and needed anything throughout our dining experience!
Enjoyed Friday evening at Shell Shack and had a great experience. We were seated immediately. Our server, Kenny, quickly greeted us and took our drink orders. We got the Date Night as well as a lb of crawfish, it was plenty of food for three of us with leftovers. Brandon aka Waffle also came to our table to see if we needed anything, he stayed and chitchatted with us for a while. Overall the hospitality presence was great and we had numerous staff check on us throughout our meal. Thank you for an awesome experience and we will definitely be back!
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great and Dilon was the best server I’ve ever had he had me on the floor laughing just all around good service even offered to crack my crab for me definitely recommend!!!
We went during lunch rush today and Kenny was great. Super helpful and had a great attitude even in a stressful setting! Love these types of experiences. Thanks Kenny!
