This is the most unprofessional business. I attempted to place a to go order over the phone. I called this business multiple times and nobody answered. At this point I’m assuming they’re really busy in there. I decide to go directly to the business to order since nobody was answering the phone. As I’m walking in the door one of the employees is walking out to her car. When I get inside another lady is on her phone sitting at one of the tables maybe on a lunch break. They didn’t have any customers inside this business. The same lady that went to her car came back inside 5 mins later. I’m standing at the register waiting to place an order and no one is at the register to help me. The lady who came back inside and the lady who sitting down did not acknowledge me standing there. Finally I ask them are you guys closed? I also mentioned that I called multiple times to place a to go order. The lady sitting down says we couldn’t find the phone. I asked her at this point can I place an order? Finally this guy comes from the back he look like he just woke up from a nap or he was high on something. At this point I decided to walk out and not order from there anymore. This is the most unprofessional business I’ve been to a long time. They need some serious customer service training ASAP.
Good food as always. Had to ask for my drink cup after offered and accepted a meal option for my order and had to stand in line again to get my chips. Clean store
Rude and impatient workers. Didn't acknowledge us at the window, grabbed our cars and handed food out. When my husband asked what was in the bag (to make sure it was correct) she rolled her eyes and said food then shut the window. They were out of everything we tried to order -5 stars
****UPDATE after I got off of work I returned back with the Dr pepper. I was not able to return earlier as my lunch break was over. The lady in the Drive-Thru window tasted that the dr. Pepper and she also stated that it tasted weird. Instead of replacing it she offered me something different to drink which is fine but this was hours later so no telling how many other customers ended up with bad dr. Pepper as well.. Hopefully she changed it after I left. I later got home and was ready to have my Cinnabon after dinner and ended up throwing it out because it was so hard. --->Always an issue with this location and they never answer the phone when i call to speak to a manager. I just called them. Phone rang at least 20 times. No answer. Today the au jus tasted terrible. Tastes like plastic. My Dr pepper is bad. Clearly should be replaced since I mostly taste the soda water. Tried new calzone. It's ok. Not worth $12. Oddly I've written multiple bad reviews for this location and simply edit each time I wanna add what else they've messed up but the others are gone... Deleted. Strange
They seriously gave me a bowl of lettuce when ordering a salad asked for no tomatoes or onions and to add cheese and turkey !If I’d had wanted just a bowl of lettuce I’d have stayed at home called 4 time and no one would answer the phone!Cashier even repeated the order! Will never be back again this is not the first time of orders continuously being messed up
Its extremely disturbing that when you order a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, that this is what it looks like. I know that is not correct since when I usually ask for regular, it looks the same as this. When speaking with a mgr on duty, she said normally this pizza only comes with 12 pieces of pepperoni.When i have to pay already your prices and get charged for extra, then I expect that there isnt huse gaps with no pepperoni at all. I did include a pic of my receipt showing that I did pay extra for it.
We arrived at this location at 8:01, they wouldn’t make a sandwich with only ham and turkey. They wouldn’t make a pizza for my 3 year old and they said the only thing on the kids menu they would make is a sandwich with chicken or turkey. They don’t close until 10:00 and refused to offer acceptable service. Very disappointed. The lady was not very people friendly and the guy “making the food” was on his personal phone cussing every other word. RIDICULOUS
Forgot my drink when I ordered online. Had no way to contact the driver OR the store. Had called SEVERAL times but they never picked up. Such a shame for this location since I was willing to look past the negative reviews already posted, but now I understand. Still debating whether I want to order from Schlotzsky's again ever... probably not.
Devon is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. He has ruined a childhood favorite for good. Not only was he disrespectful but he chose to ignore my food allergies. Thank goodness my husband checked and I went to Chick-fil-A and had to purchase a second meal. We won't be back.
I always get the fiesta chicken.You really can't go wrong with it.Everything else on the menu is great as well.Depending on the location you can get cinnabons as well.This location has them and I must say they are quite tasty.Thank you schlotzsky's and staff!!!!
