Our sandwiches didn't have the bacon like we asked on them, but I noticed we weren't charged for it. The veggie Supreme wasn't cooked all the way through. I'm guessing bc of the amount of toppings in it, it needed to be pushed back a little more to come a little longer. The bacon on my turkey bacon club was not crispy like I asked.Are you wondering why I gave them 5 stars? It was a lot of young people working. They got twisted up in orders at one point, and almost missed a guy by giving him the wrong food. The pizzas I originally wanted, was the Supreme and the meat lovers but they didn't have the toppings for that. So I went with what they did have.Never once did any of these young people have attitudes. They tried really hard to accommodate me bc both pizzas I ordered were not available. They were very nice, calm, and they worked together. At least that's what you seen from my side of the counter.The store was clean. Which is also a big deal to me. So I feel like things happen, and sometimes it's out of our control. We are human, and we will make mistakes. With all of that being said, this location still deserved a 5 star in my opinion. I hope they see this, and they know their hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Great job ladies and gentlemen! Went to the store on 6/29/2022 around 7:45ish.
Not the same samich I remember. Plus the new calzon that they advertise was not available. All in all a very bad experience.
Tables were dirty. The cashier was loud and had an attitude. The trash can was so full you couldn't throw anything away. The fountain drink machine on every type of soda tasted like I had left a soda full of ice in the car for a day and tried to finish it. I've always had a good experience at other locations. This is the type of location that would have new customers never coming back to your brand.
Went by this place at 9:30. Two women employees hide while a couple of cars were in drive thru. She waited till 9:40 to come to window to say they were closing. Bad representation for business
Poor customer service 1st I tried calling from 9pm with no answer and listening to google I went 20 min outside of my area passing two closed stores just to get here 13 min before closing and the rude driver thru lady to tell me we closed the kitchen early so not happy especially when you what the better choice of food on a late night I will not return!!
I ordered a Southwest Chicken salad. The salad seemed fresh but the chicken tasted sour. Sure enough my stomach is not taking it well Not good. This is the second time I was not satisfied with them. Last time my sandwich bread was soggy.? I will not be eating there again.
Sandwich was good, but they didn't have any Cinnabon products available when we were there although it was on the menu. Also, lobby was closed and parking lot lights were not on... guess we weren't welcome to stay anywhere near there to eat.
They were very rude when ordering through the drive thru. When I got home I had items missing from my order.
I ordered the Roast beef and cheese it was terrible they throw it together this was my second time going to one of the Schlotzsky stores my first experience out at Alliance on Westport was great this store in Forest Hill was nasty bread was burnt and the meat was not done and had fat and I tried calling to speak with someone and there was no answer so don't go there you're welcome I just saved you money
Friendly staff, fast service, and they didn't heckle me for the extra pickles on the side❤️ my favorite Schlotzsky's to visit
