I had such a great experience here, never had been before but the costumer service was just so great! The Hispanic lady was so sweet to my kids and I, and I think it enjoyed it more just because of her. No idea how much I appreciate some good costumer service. I didn’t feel rushed looking at the menu, but not just that the food was fresh and good too. I would recommend this place to my friends/family! Thank you lady who treated us so well!!! Wish I woulda got her name.
We have been to this facility about 10 times. We've only eaten inside a couple of times. Mostly, it has been take out. We've always had great experiences with staff. The food is always outstanding and is prepared quickly.
I have no issues with the food. Problem is the homeless who are allowed by Management to walk from table to table...strong arming guests into giving money. I watched one lady almost get assaulted for refusing to give $$. Someone is going to get hurt. After being refused money by one family, angry subject walked outside and stood next to family's parked vehicle. He took a squeegee out of his pants and decided for a minute if he wanted to damage family's car. When he noticed an audience looking at him from inside, he reconsidered. I've dined there 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Each time I came very close to calling 911 over a tense situation between a family and homeless person. Management is helpless. Next time you dine in, watch the self-serve beverage station. The homeless are drawn to the location due to the fact Management allows them to take as much tea/soda as they like. The homeless use this as an invitation to harass guests. I'm calling Lakeworth PD so they are aware of this Powder Keg.
Not the nicest staff, when you get a ln eye roll from the girl in the kitchen for asking for something as simple as to go box! No need for rudeness just simple do the job you get paid to do that's it!
Prices there are getting outrageous for the quality of food. Use to be one of my favorite places to go.
I just traveled there to get a Cinnabon. They are old dried out. I asked for a fresh one and the worker said that is as fresh as they going to get and they been there since they opened. What a mess! I will never go there again.
Been trying this one location since it opened. I mean every year or so to hope it has improved. Got dinner there 2 nights ago. Out of corned beef and pastrami. Why the manager doesn't go across the street and buy some blows my mind.The French dip I got, the beef was old and the "grilled onions" were a slimey mess.The loaded potato soup and broccoli cheddar soup were good. Every time before this they were always out of broccoli cheddar soup. Will try again in a few months. I don't have issues with the chain where I have gotten great food, just this one.It may just be the lack of talent in Lake Worth. Seems like the newer restaurants have issues for a long time.
I love schlotzskys and I've never had a problem when going inside but I went through the drive through for the first time today at this location and they were extremely rude and messed up my entire order they were so rude I didn't even go back to get it fixed
