I drove to this location and y'all know gas is high. I get there before 7:30 and they close at 8. Finally, an employee comes to the window and says a manager told them to close at 7. Something about sales. You lost two customers from what I did see. If your posted hours say you close at 8 then that needs to change. Very inconsiderate of customers. Never coming back to this location.
This is my favorite shop every since I was a little kid. It is always fresh and cool and the food is amazing, light and still filling. It's everything you want from a sandwich shop. The bread is the best ever and as a recommendation I personally suggest the original every single time. It's the absolute best sandwich I have ever tasted in my entire life.
Food was cooked perfectly. No complaints. It is just wrong when someone is at a table and they decide it’s time to mop the floor, starting by your table and you are the only two in the restaurant. We asked for the manager and we didn’t get the courtesy of a visit. Poor pitiful management. Franchise owner should be embarrassed
I was in the area and I stopped for some lunch. Very clean and not too crowded. Food came quickly and the drink selection was good with fresh tea.
I have been a life long customer but I am never going back. About 2 months ago we ordered online, when I got there I had to wait 45 minutes as I watched people come in after get their food. Since that was a one time incident I went back a few times, they never have jalepeno chips anymore. Then today we placed an order online, when I got there the cashier has no idea what she was doing. As I waited for my online order, once again I actually heard her ask a customer if they wanted flat bread or pizza crust, she said pizza crust and the girl immediately said they don't have it, so why even ask. As I sat there for 15 minutes I asked about my order. We ordered 2 calzones and 2 flat breads, we were told calzones weren't available even though we had paid for them online. She tried to say we could pay for them and they would make them but would be 20 more minutes. I looked at the receipt and showed her we were charged. So we got a refund and left. When we got home we had the calzones but no flatbreads. Totally disorganized and you have lost this customer for life.
I got a small original with free chips and drink with the app and their quality just keeps going down. Almost burnt with a slice of ham and slice of cotto salami which half of that was burnt. Where was the Genoa salami? Never again, deleted the app. Y'all USED to be great years ago.
On this day normal weather, at 7:15pm 1 hr 45mins before they closed we pulled up and they were putting a sign on the door. Dining room closed drive through open. Considering I saw 4 customers in the establishment and I am guessing the 2 people working were also the closers, the dining room had obviously been open. As a chef in the Dfw area I truly understand staffing issues. What I have an issue with is establishments that are closing 2 and 3 hrs before the sign on the door and even the online time. The food industry is taking a beating right now with understaffed issues sky rocketing food costs for the restaurants from suppliers and suffering customer service. As an industry we have to do our best to serve our customers the best we can. All that being said, my wife enjoys your food, for me it's good not great. It bothers me when doors close and another restaurant falls. If you enjoy schlotzkys visit them when you can, if you have an issue let them know. I'm sure those who enjoy schlitzkys will continue to support. Thank you to those people.

Went to get a salad for dinner. The wait staff were all friendly and helpful. The Orchard Salad was delicious! ?
