My husband took me here for a Steak that I ? so wanted and the Steak was very good. Our waiter was overwhelmed with a big table so I was very disappointed with service even though he had a table reserved ?. Not sure if I will return!
FOOD was delicious! Service was slow, but it was Father's day weekend. Good hearty American choices. Go during the week and you'll be very pleased! You can make a reservation online but it's only up to 6 people.
We visited Saltgrass Steak House for a family member's birthday, and as much as we enjoyed our experience here, there were some issues, in particular, the food.I ordered the New York Strip with Smoked Macaroni & Cheese. When you order a main entrée, you get the options to pick a side and a soup/salad. I opted for the soup. Though filled with flavor, the soup was a bit saltier than I'd like. It's just a preference, though. Moving on to the steak--I requested for medium-cooked, which I was told by the waitress that it would be pink throughout. That would have been perfect if it was the case. What I received was a fairly well-done, cooked through and through type of steak. Although it was a bit more dry than I would have liked it, the seasoning on the New York Strip tasted great. As for the Smoked Macaroni & Cheese, I can't say any good about it. I've been here before and thought that their Smoked Macaroni & Cheese was fairly bland. I thought it has been a while so surely it's better now, but it is not. It looks cheesy, but it tasted very, very watered down; it didn't taste cheesy at all. Altogether, if I were you, I'd stick with the New York Strip but drop the Smoked Macaroni & Cheese.As for Jordan, he ordered the Wagon Boss Center-Cut Top Sirloin with Brussel Sprouts. Though he ordered a rare, his steak came out to be more cooked than before--which seems more like a trend now. The Brussel Sprouts tasted amazing, but eating too much does make the experience a bit not-so-great because towards the bottom of the bowl, the Brussel Sprouts became increasingly sweet.Overall, I do find myself returning to Saltgrass Steak House for their delicious steaks. As for the sides, I wouldn't pick the Smoked Macaroni & Cheese or the Brussel Sprouts.
Hello Everyone ?,Now my mother-in-law Treated me for my ? (50 baby).I was so excited I know I know it’s just a restaurant , but it was my B-Day. I had the chicken fried chicken with potatoes and a salad?. I’m adding pics what my wife and mom eat . Now are waiter was a little pushy but overall he was ok. Manger did check on us during our visit. Location was a little difficult to get 2. Restrooms was good
On my birthday!! After chemo I needed meet to help build numbers, so I decided to try this place first time ever. I was told it was a 30 minute wait so i decided to wait at the bar. 20 minutes later still have not been asked for my drink order. Asked a couple of people how to get a drink order. They said you have to go to the waitress station. So I get up and go to waitress station to order a drink. I told the bar back, it is my birthday I want a frozen margarita. 5 minutes later she fixes a drink. I wait another 15 minutes for a table while observing 6 then 7 and then 5 tables open.I finally get seated back in a corner. Tell the waitress it is my birthday, they took my order.I really wanted a dessert after my meal, but was never offered the opportunity to order.Even though the last server was polite. My first time at Saltgrass was probably my last.Bar was not wiped down after previous customers. This time of covid. Cleanliness is always important
The experience was absolutely AMAZING!! The restaurant was a VIBE itself!! The hostess and wait staff was GREAT! Our waitress Esther was on point with EVERYTHING!! And most of all the food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Full of flavor and cooked just right!! The prices are a bit more..but for that quality service...I don't mind. If you haven't been there...you really need to go! It won't be a disappointment!
Great server my Nell, she was very attentive to us. Because of her we will be back again. The food was hot and delicious
The last time I was at the the steakhouse was with some people from work. I really enjoyed it. So I decided to take my husband for his birthday. We went about 4 on Friday and they were busy that was OK. My husband wanted a table so they sit us in a high traffic lane back by the kitchen. We couldn't hardly hear each other.. The food wasn't bad except my steak was raw. I tried to play it down since it was his birthday. When I paid the waitress it took a long for her to bring my card back but she had been nice so I gave her a good tip. We left with the feeling that we wouldn't go back. To top it all off that was the last place I used my card and somebody got my number and used it online at Dave and Busters twice for 63.00.I had never been there so it wasn't me. The only place this could have happened was at Saltgrass. So you could say I'm a little disappointed.
I ordered on Grubhub and was thinking "oh boy I wonder how this will turn out" I don't have good luck with food delivery - It was awesome! Great timing and the food was GREAT! thank you Saltgrass Steak House and Grubhub!!! Steak, baked tater, and salad
