Food is mediocre, service sucks. Came in for the first time, these two just stood there talking and on their phones as I was waiting to be assisted. They looked my way then back to their phones. I looked around waiting for someone to help me finally a cook made eye contact with another server who came to the register. I was still not greeting. I said I had a pick up order and he walked away to get it and then handed it to me with without a word and walked away.

Mexican cuisine made with extraordinary fresh ingredients. At first the menu could be a little overwhelming but they have lots of choices and serve breakfast all day. They also have Mexican sodas, many salsas and many choices on the menu.I ordered the barbacoa breakfast burrito and the captain burrito. I added avocado. The burrito was delicious and very tasty. The dynamic is very easy to follow. Fast service and fresh food made to order. Outstanding customer service.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I had the El Campeon burrito which was really good and huge! I also ordered a spicy margarita with it which was just ok. My daughter also orderd the same burrito with an Horchata and that was really good! The salsa we tried were the green salsa, jalapeno salsa and the red salsa, all were good! Now for the cons: My hubby ordered 2 tacos with premium meat. Now I get that they are street tacos but they were pretty small and 4.50 a piece, that's a bit steep especially if you're a big eater, you'll need at least 4. If want a side you have to order it and it's extra. The cashier was kinda upset that we didn't tip him? We would've left it at the table but unfortunately he seemed upset that we didn't leave it at the register. The people working there were not the friendliest. Not a single hello or can I help you from anyone. Not even a you're welcome after we said thank you, so customer service could use some work.

Not the best place to go for breakfast tacos....Can't speak to other tacos. Paid $11 for 3 tacos with bacon, egg and "cheese." The cheese is burnt into the tortilla vs on top of the eggs and mixed throughout the eggs so you can hardly even tell it's on there. When I brought it to their attention, they just pointed out the burnt cheese stuck to the tortilla.... Ooook.

It was a solid meal. I got steak breakfast burrito and taco which were really good. Cheese quesadilla for nice and cheesy. Only gave 4 stars bc they forgot my margarita and it wasn't very busy. But would recommend.

I was excited to try this place for the first time today after reading the reviews, but I was very disappointed. The amount of food for the price I paid was NOT worth it, I know it's a downtown restaurant in the heart of Fort worth, but omg, I almost cried when I saw my tiny messy taco, my food did not look like the posted pictures at all lol smh I was so mad i didn't even take a picture to post. I was still hungry after eating but didn't want to waste more money on another taco that wasn't even tasty. Customer service was great though I guess

To be honest, really horrible. From the other photos they post one would think that this place could have great food, but it’s a hoax/scam of trick photography and what you actually get is completely sub-par.We ordered a breakfast bowl which costs over $9 after tax. They asked which type of meat and we chose chorizo. Once we sit down and see what’s inside, I go back to the counter to ask where the rest of the items listed under ‘breakfast burrito’ are that is says on the menu: potato, bacon, cheese, etc. The staff became rude/snarky and responds that all of that costs extra. Seems they get this question fairly often as they weren’t surprised by me addressing this and gave me the attitude as if it happens all the time and shrugged me off.I just can’t believe I blew $9 on canned refried beans and burnt chorizo. Oh, and the eggs are disgusting too so avoid anything breakfast here in general, but I’d recommend just not even bothering. So many better locations nearby.

Wowed. I simply had a breakfast burrito (bacon, egg, and chorizo) the time I came. It was fantastic! Great tortillas, cooked on the spot, nice and clean kitchen, and great customer service!

Last week I called in am order ordered a Burrito with cheese and sour cream. She repeated cheese and Avocado. I told her "no, I am allergic to Avocados. Please no Avocado just cheese and sour cream." She says sorry and presumably fixes it. Says again "ok cheese and Avocado." I say "NO, I AM ALLERGIC" she says sorry I meant sour cream. OK great. I go pick up my order the receipt says add cheese add Avocado. Sure enough Avocado is in the Burrito. I finally get everything correct. 1 week later today I walk in and order because I want to make sure everything is correct. Order my Burrito the screen and my receipt say cheese and sour cream. Mind you they charge extra for everything. I get to my work and start eating all of a sudden my tongue starts itching sure enough they decide to add Avocado without me ordering it. I called to make the complaint all she offered was am apology no offer to refund to offer to replace just oh sorry. Sad part is the food is delicious but I am just afraid to eat there again.

Great Food, Horrible ServiceAm I supposed to feel lucky or blessed to be here?? I can live without the food if I have to tolerate the "we are better than you" attitude. Can the staff at least pretend they're happy to be there and happy to help or have they just gotten used to the business ??I honestly believe I have had my last meal at El Centre.
