Very good food and great service. Would have been 5 stars but the fish was sandwiched in between the starch on the bottom and the leeks on the top. It would have been better for me if they were separate on the plate. I couldn't tell what was the fish sometimes as the flavors just got all mashed up.
Mostly an excellent evening, 6 of us at the round table. 1st questionable issue was the French Onion soup...a catastrophe! Bland, unseasoned and lacking onion!! 2nd point...I ordered a Rye Old Fashioned, it was stiff, but, holy hell...TINY, three sips and done (3" glass full of ice)! We ordered a $90 bottle of wine, 6 x $50 fixed price menus and still somehow managed to spend an additional $210 + tip!! There is potential... will try their other location next.
My wife and I have lived in Europe and spent many visits to France. This is a first rate experience and meal. Service was professional, adults were in charge. The wine was superb, Famille Perrin, La Gille, Gigondas, 20019. We tried the escargot, the baked Brie, onion soup, lemon sole, Duck and a Filet. Ended with a salad and cheese plate. Charming atmosphere, small, reservations are needed. This was one of the dining experiences in quite a long while. It is not inexpensive, not for small children. Highly recommended! The head waitress is Swiss and know wine and food.
Such a sweet restaurant. Authentic French cuisine with friendly staff. Will definitely come back when in FTW.
This French restaurant is an absolute gem! This is on my top three favorite restaurants. I love Toulouse, but this definitely is a new place to frequent for date night. Hubby had the duck and I had the seafood with scallops, mussels, and shrimp. Goodness it was wonderful. We had the sautéed calamari for an app! It is highly recommended if you read my review. The server Catherine was so sweet and attentive. Chef was kindest and chatted with us while taking a moment from the kitchen. What a fabulous time we had, and cannot wait to come back.
This was my first time there and the three of us had appetizers and the fixed price menu. All three of us were very satisfied with the food wine and service. What a great dining experience. We're already planning another trip this weekend.
This is my most favorite restaurant in all of Fort Worth. The environment is very intimate and cosy and the service is impeccable. Our meal was so delicious and perfectly prepared. It is such a special treat and I look forward to the next time we can come.
The food was not worth the price. The sauce on the steak was not good. The fish was great on half and the other half was undercooked. The atmosphere had laminated floors and laminated menus which should have raised a red flag. The bright side: service was good. It makes me so sad because in the early 2000's this place was so great me and my then fiance, now wife, came here every time we could scrape up enough money. I'm truly baffled by the 5 star reviews and left wondering if that's staff and family.
Food was great and the service was amazing. I had the pasta and my man had the duck.
Romantic, intimate setting with fantastic service, food and wine! What a great evening. We will definitely be back.
