Richie and Daniel were excellent servers! They were very attentive during the whole meal and checked on us frequently.
Food was excellent and our server Destiny was excellent. Would definitely go again.
Tomahawk ribeye was fantastic, as were chopped salad and creamed spinach. Service from Kory was also fantastic. He was very attentive, but not overly attentive, and made my wife's birthday celebration a real treat. Next time we'll get the steak on a plain plate without butter but regardless it was a memorable birthday celebration. Thanks Ruth's Chris!
Gabriel was an absolute pleasure to have as our waiter! We had the best time celebrating my birthday. Will definitely be requesting him again when we return! To top it off, the food was off the charts.
I have been to this location several times and had a bad experience this time. First, my girlfriend was treated like a street walker because of her outfit. This was kind of weird that this was an issue when there were people with baseball caps and cowboys hats seated in the restaurant. Second, the management realized that they messed up and gave us some free drinks but treating us this way was uncalled for. If this was the capital grille, I would understand the dress code, but not at Ruth Chris. Third, the dinner was saved by Richard at the bar because he was awesome and treated us with respect and was compensated for it. With that being said, it is 2022 and our outfits are fluid, but apparently it is still okay to treat minorities with a ton of money like trash.
When you want to splurge, this is hands down the place to do it. This was my 21st anniversary, did nothing on our 20th but dinner this year made up for it.
Parking was never great at this location, but now there is just a sign that you should drive around the corner to the Hilton Hotel. All other restaurants on the block are offering valet service direct in front of the restaurant. Even having a reservation they kept us waiting for almost 25 min as the table was not ready. Seems to me that the staff at the check in was totally overwhelmed. In addition they were not very professional. Food was great as usual, so was our waiter.

In February, I took my wife to Ruth's Chris in downtown Ft Worth for her birthday and it was the worst experience I had ever had at a Ruth's Chris. The food was bad, the staff was rude and inattentive, the service and wait was way below par. I have been a Ruth's Chris customer for over 15 years and had never had an experience like that. I posted a tough review on Open Table and promptly received a message from Britney (manager)about my experience. She stated they had a lot of new staff and appreciated my honesty so they could retrain and develop the new staff. Well, I took my wife back to the same restaurant last evening and had the absolute BEST experience I have ever had at a Ruth's Chris. The food, service and friendliness were the best I have ever received at a Ruth's Chris. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly now. I want to personally thank Britney for reaching out to me initially and taking my review as constructive criticism to improve the customer experience. Don Washburn
This was a 10 year relationship milestone celebration. My wife and I were put in a side room right across from the bar after the hostess area. There is nothing to look at in that room. I think they may use it for a private group dining area at times. It is definitely not the Ruthâs Chris ambiance Iâve been accustomed to. There was a loud and obnoxious 3 person party who were intoxicated and possible over served. Food was very slow to arrive as were the initial drinks from the bar. The waiter was rushing and trying to do his best and apologizing for the delays and the loud party at the table across from us. Once the food did arrive it was great as always (if you could ignore the party dominating the entire room). Dessert was a joke. We both had ordered the Ruth Classic (starter, entree, side, and dessert) but we only received a single small cheesecake bite for two. It was very silly. We have always liked Ruthâs Chris but might not come back to this location again.
