Our server Grace is awesome! She is very friendly, professional and made sure to check on us regularly. Absolutely top notch customer service skills! The food was great as always! Thank you very much for a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I highly recommend this restaurant for your Italian food dining!

Food was good but service was excellent. We had a Lone Ranger serving us. Only server in the place and he was hustling for us and a few other tables. We had seven in our party celebrating my daughter’s Associate degree before she gets her high school diploma but he was nailing. Can’t help it if they ran out of Dr Pepper. The mac and cheese dish was delicious and I’m a carnivore. ;) very good experience even though they were way understaffed and under supplied.

Service was super slow. From waiting to be seated all the way through receiving check. Witnessed a server leaning over a wall asking another customer if it was lemonade they had. Why didn’t they walk to the table and ask? I’m guessing the restaurant was short staffed because our waitress was helping customers in the completely opposite corner of the restaurant from of our table. My chicken was just above room temp whereas my friends chicken entree was piping hot and overcooked (it was tough).

2 of 5 plates were delivered cold. Restaurant corrected but was slow. Bar menu was out dated and selected drinks chosen from menu were unavailable

One member of our party ordered tea and discovered there was no tea in a Texas restaurant? We order vodka tonics, received vodka with soda. No tonic in the bar. Our waitress was trying hard, she grabbed the tablet to take our order, the tablet locked up. Thus a few orders she attempted by memory were not quite correct. The food is was good. But this place has all the hallmarks of place on its last leg. Big facility with only a few tables occupied.

The only disappointment was how slow things moved. They, like many, are short staffed so getting seated and served took a bit longer than normal. Having said that our server was excellent and the food good.

Mother’s Day

We had the Fort Worth location reserves but actually changed to the Plano location. The food was excellent. It wasn’t as busy as I expected for Mother’s Day. We enjoyed ourselves!

My husband and I celebrated his birthday with an amazing meal. The appetizer and cocktails were delicious. The entrees proved substantial. We will definitely return for another dining experience.

The restaurant is still short staffed. The night we dined, a Saturday, there was no bar tender so our cocktails, frozen margaritas, we not really blended. The food was good, with a one small problem. On my penne rustica the kitchen had substituted red bell pepper for the sun dried tomato garnish. It didn’t ruin the dish but robbed it of some flavor. The staff was stretched but worked hard to address any problems and make us feel welcomed.
