Our experience was great! The bar tender BriOur experience was great! The bar tender/server Bri was amazing, nice menu selections for both drinks and food. Gumbo was very balanced with spice and texture. Fried cat fish could have been cooked a little harder. Portion size on smaller side. Red beans rice and sausage was great....this could have been a 5 star review if food would have come to table Hot and not room temp.
Came for Easter dinner. I ordered one pound of crawfish (they have regular or spicy but the regular was actually plenty spicy for me) with option to add sausage corn and potatoes. My son ordered popcorn shrimp and fries from kids menu. My wife got the seafood combo skillet and it was cold when it came out... The flavor was great but the temperature was not even warm; instead of sending it back, she chose to eat it since she was very hungry and pregnant ?. The manager came and was very nice and comped that dish so they did a great job making it right. Our food was very good and the environment was very fun... Good music and the staff was very friendly. It looks like a fun place to work and we will be back and I would recommend to others. Good job Razzoo's for making it a great experience. I also ordered a pound of crawfish to go because it was that good.
The waitress gave us NO attention then charged me a tip I clearly said NO to but I got my money back. Highlight was we met a Vietnam Vet/newly widow who gave us inspirational words.
We were seated, waited for 20 minutes before (maybe the manager) came and asked us if anyone had been there to help us yet. It wasn’t super busy so I know that wasn’t the issue. She quickly brought us our drinks, and took our orders before any of the wait staff even attempted to speak to us. When we finally did get our waitress she seemed disinterested in helping/serving us.. my shrimp/catfish basket didn’t have any hush puppies, so I mentioned it to the waitress.. I’m guessing if I never said anything I wouldn’t have gotten any. The wife had 2 pounds of crawfish, lots of salt, zero flavor, pretty small tails. the corn cobs were good tho, nice and tender, the rat toes were also pretty good.. but definitely our last visit. Amazing Cajun food, shrimp was delicious and the Rat toes Phenomenal! Courtney was prompt and very sweet! Thank you for not only super yummy food but a great experience! We will definitely be back and tell others about Razzoo’s ?
I were so disappointed The food was cold, Tasted old & my daughter’s hamburger were burnt ( the bun).manger took half off the hamburger meal, I didn’t pay for my meal. I couldn’t believe that cold/ old food were served. Such a disappointment to have wasted time ,and gas to think to have dined in a Fine restaurant this evening . The waiter was very nice.I won’t return
Love it! We (3 of us) ordered gator bites, rat toes, catfish, jambalaya pasta, and the salmon. Everything was DELICIOUS and we left so stuffed. Our server was prompt, friendly, knew his stuff.
Had a business meeting here Friday before last. The food was okay. My salmon was so dry and overcooked. I had ordered a shrimp Caesar salad with salmon on the side. I never got my shrimp. The other entrees were delicious. Our waiter was excellent and the drinks were yummy. There was a long line upon arrival but the turn around was fast. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back I just won’t order the thirsty salmon.
Good fish choises, nice cider, friendly staff...Sundays Kind of long waiting time to get a table...
Normally the food is food not today cold and No tastes to food and I ask for extra shrimp and chicken and could not find it. Very disappointed today. A wasted of time on lunch break
