I just left Canes very disappointed. I order the chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. When I got it no lettuce and tomatoes. So I took a bite it was very dry. So I ask for some sauce and he wanted to charge me for sauce. I told him why there weren’t any lettuce and tomatoes on our sandwich he said they were out. I told him he should of told us. So we could of order something else. He just look at me didn’t say nothing.
Update: added a photo of hair fried into the chicken tender. Absolutely disgusting.Service terrible. Dining room filthy. Trash on the floor. Drink area filthy. All booths filthy. Trash and grease on many tables even though there were about 10 visible crew members. In our 20+ minutes "dining" at the restaurant I never saw a crew member walk out to the dining area to check it. There were crew members that sat down for break at the select clean tablesUPDATE: I have nothing good to say about this location. Its total trash. Again, all booths and most tables filthy. Staff not attentive. While waiting for our food there was a large carry out order. The man at the register neglected to hand me out food before helping a woman to her car with the bags. Another kid that works there walked from the back, looked at the waiting food and grabbed the other 2 bags to carry out. I asked if I should back and get the food myself. The kid set down the bags and had a look on his face like I was inconveniencing him by wanting the food I paid for that had been sitting there for about 3 minutes.As far as the food that was previously rated good...the fries were over cooked, the toast was cold and the chicken was dryThis visit was strangely reminiscent of our very 1st visit 2 years ago when moving to the area. We waited for food much like today that was sitting there getting cold. The staff was not customer service centric. We rarely visit this location due to the challenges the management has with staff. This is not a new thing but we keep hoping it will get better. In 2 years it is the same as our 1st visit. Only the food is now trash as well. We won't be back without significant improvements to the way staff handles the customers paying for the poor quality food.
This location has gone down hill, now I just go to the Keller location on 1709. The parking lot lights never come on when it’s dark, I thought they were closed. The food is terrible and soggy and customer service is way less than desirable! Corporate needs to visit this location or management needs to change! All of the problem’s I can see seem to be from the top.
Got food poisoned at Cane's off N Tarrant in Costco parking lot. They not clean and the lil dude taking orders look nasty. I should have kept driving. But I was sick as hell so was my wife. Never will return
Quick service, good prices relative to other fried chicken places, great chicken. Their tenders are juicy and not too greasy, although they can lack seasoning. The signature sauce truly brings their chicken to the forefront of top fast food tenders.
i came here yesterday and they gave me soggy fries with little bitty tenders. the food is definitely going downhill and my tenders are always raw
I didn't see like the chicken... It has no flavor...I know a lot of people love this place but it wasn't it on for me ... There are better places to eat fried chicken

This Cane's like most all I have been to is great, fast, and never have they messed up an order. Of course the chicken and fires are great. It really shows in 1 ❤!!
This place is going downhill fast- they simply cannot compete with Chick Fil A in customer service. Drive thru is beyond ridiculous no matter the time of day or night- and I learned tonight why!! For no reason, they have decided NOT to keep the inside of the restaurant open for guests after 8pm. No reason- you can see they have A LOT of staff inside. And the worst part is, it's only advertised on a small white piece of paper on the door. So if you decide to park and go in and order, so you don't have to wait forever in the drive thru line, you can't! I watched so many people park and get ou, only to throw their hands up in disgust. Can't go inside to order or dine! That's terrible customer service... if it's a staff issue or food shortage issue, it's best to simply close. Don't half %$#ss do things. You will continue to lose customers at this location..
