Their fountain drinks taste very bad. Not sure if they are cleaning their machine or changing the filters. Disgusting. Comoare their fountain drinks to the bottled version or other places.
We were waiting over 20 min on curbside pickup and no one ever brought us our food!!! When we went inside it was just sitting there on the counter what a waste of time our food was cold don’t recommend this place!
Sometimes I think they reuse the grease for too long and you can tell because the chicken and the fries come out looking pretty dark. However, when it’s fresh, it’s perfect. You definitely need to have the sauce though because the chicken is not seasoned at all.
Went in today on lunch break got back to work the fries were cold and hard the lemonade taste as if if had more water then lemon and the toast was not toasted I know they don't toast on both side sometimes but this was ridiculous and I order an extra slice of toast. The tenders were fine not warm enough but they were okay. I love the one in Westworth they usually are just as packed but their food is always on point guess I need to drive a little further.
Went to pick up late dinner. Got the 3 piece Combo. The staff was very courteous and pleasing! The food was delicious as usual.
The people working here are so disconnected and rude. No engagement with customers. The girl taking the order at the speaker box cut me off 3 times and i had to add each of my 3 meals after she gave me a total.. the guy taking the money was playing basketball with receipts.. didn't hear anything he said he spoke so fast and the big guy giving me my order had his back to me the entire time i waited after calling him 4 times the person getting my drinks got his attention for me.. the rest of the staff was conversating among themselves and taking cups of tea and pouring it into something else.. it looked really unsanitary...Fries were mushy and it was really unsatisfying due to the experience..I understand there is a shortage of workers out there .. but for $15 an hour can we at least finish telling you our order or at least get a smile?
This location stays busy with lines wrapped around the building. They've got Quick service, the line moves quite quickly but they mess up orders with specifications more often than not.
Very rude service on the drive thru . Guy on the drive thru very complicated . Lobby is close . Don't think im ever going to Canes again. Guy didn't even take the order right .
I didn't eat there. I'm just disgusted by the foolishness that ensues at the drive thru. People cutting off others, about to hit cars. Bombarding other cars. I was astounded to see such foolishness displayed for chicken tenders. Of course, this is of no fault of the restaurant. Maybe they should start putting someone outside to take orders like McDonald's and Chick-fil-A and Dairy Queen.
Fabulous customer service ? nothing but great food and their sweet tea is just something else.
