Worst Customer Service. Ordered on website for delivery and their own website changed it to pickup. The manager even accused me of agreeing to submit to pickup and that it was my fault then stated they don't have control over their app and they hire drivers from Doordash and uber but don't disclose it on their own website. I don't have the ability to go pick up order which is why I chose delivery. They should take delivery option off their website if it's not available on their own web page. If the money is not refunded within two days as promised will file complaint by letter and the Bbb.
It simply is not good. The tuna sandwhich was overrrr toasted. The broccoli cheddar soup was very bland. Oatmeal cookies were dry crumbly and stale. The voodoo chips and chicken pot pie soup were literally the only flavorful foods in the order. Wouldnt come back

I came here on Friday night to get a couple of sandwiches to go. I ordered a BLTA and they only put bacon on it. When I usually order this sandwich, they reassure me that it automatically come with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. I was so disappointed and it wasn't even busy. I was 1 of 2 customers in there.
I went in and got a sandwich a couple days ago and it was SO GOOD! Not only that, there was excellent customer service from the sandwich team overall but also there was someone there working named Quintin and he went above and beyond for the customer service being friendly and getting me exactly what I wanted. He should be promoted! Also, the peppers are amazing!!!
