I have always loved Potbelly sandwich shop?. I love there sandwiches and milkshakes. Most definitely take a trip downtown Ft. Worth and try them out...
We decided on Potbelly's for lunch for our "What Do You Do Here" Survey lunch and learn presentation, first of all everyone was very pleased with the sandwiches, they were a BIG hit, sandwiches were eaten before meeting even got started LOL!! I personally was not excited to have to drive to the Throckmorton location as I have never ordered from there before (due to parking). When I arrived about 15 minutes early I parked right away, walked in & was greeted, I was asked if I was picking up which I was, right away I was handed a bag with plates, napkins, etc.. I mentioned I was early to they guy who helped me out, but they had my order already ready to go, he took the four boxes to my car, very helpful. I will definitely start ordering from this location going forward.
Had an issue ordering online a couple times but since they fixed that issue it's been great!
Nicest Pot Belly shop I've been to. Lots of interior characteristics! Sandwiches were great!
Haven't had a bad sandwich here, employees are kind.
Love the staff! Sandwiches are great and the fully loaded baked potato soup is a must!!

I have enjoyed the sandwiches and salads here for a couple years now. But I have to admit, the service is beginning to really go downhill. I prefer order online and go pickup my food, but recently the online orders have been treated with second tier service. There will be plenty of people helping the walk-in customers, but only one person working on both online and catering orders. Recently, I have had to stand and wait over 15 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, while watching people that had just walked in get their orders immediately. This really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. If it weren't for this, I would give this place 5 stars, hopefully it will be corrected soon.
