Definitely not happy, and won't be returning. I ordered a 3pirce meal and extra side. 1 of the pieces was small, and the other 2 we're extra extra small. Seriously, the wing and drumstick were the size of something you'd expect from a wing place. I finished my meal and am still hungry, which I definitely shouldn't be after spending $13 at a fast food place. The service was fast, and the red beans and rice were good, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Honestly feel like I got ripped off.
Got there before 5PM on a Tuesday but still long wait in slow moving line. Family Meal Deal was $5 more on site than online. Received all that I ordered. Great spicy fried chicken a la Popeyes. Coleslaw soupy and sweet. But I love their Spicy Fried Chicken.
I wasn't gonna complain bcuz the ladies at the window were nice but as many times as I've came here they never did me wrong..until today.. All I wanted was a fish sandwich with only mayo.. First off it took 20mins for them to bring my food..apparently somebody didn't drop the fish.. and Second there was no mayo on it..just DRY..I had to check the receipt to make sure I asked for it.. Please yall get it together bcuz it's really good when done right..
The location is pitiful. Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes, to receive an incorrect order plus cold fries. Then when you try to call, their phone number doesn’t work. Doors are locked. I’m not waiting in this line again. I’ll never come back here. For one, they have too many children working just standing around doing absolutely nothing.
We placed our order online for pickup. I drove up and let them know I was here for an online order and gave my name. They asked me to repeat my name several times. Then I was told okay we’re making it now, pull up to the window. I get to the window, the kid just stands there. So I said I have the online order. He says okay they’re making it now. Closed the window and proceed to lean against the drink counter talking to another employee. He hands me my bag. So I asked is everything in this one bag he says yes, have a good night. I asked for honey for the biscuits. He didn’t know where they were. Asked another employee and then told me they didn’t have any. Needless to say when I reached home I had not received my complete order. I went right back to the store to find that the dining room was closed at 8:00 pm. I showed them my receipt at the door and told them I needed to speak to the manager. The kid shook his head No and walked away. I got onto the drive thru line which was now to street. I asked to speak to the manager at the speaker. She asked me to pull up to the window. As she couldn’t hear me. I explained to the manager what happened including being told no at the door when I asked to speak to the manager. I advised her that I ordered a 44 ounce Fanta and received two small drinks. (Sprite & Fanta) I didn’t receive the 7 biscuits as ordered and was told they had no honey. The mashed potatoes had very little gravy. She said she would speak with the staff about their behavior and rectify the problem. Needless to say this hasn’t been a pleasant experience!

ALSO, at one of my visits it was they told me they were not making more chicken but it was only about 8:30pm and they close at 10PM.. this is a hit or miss.

I hardly write reviews but they deserve this and we deserve better.Yes, all the 1 starts are DEFINITELY earned for this place. Only gold star they’d get is for knowing how to make people wait 25 PLUS minutes for chicken.And notice like how in this photo, they just STAND around and TALK, never seen so many people at a window and talking so much when it’s taking 30 minutes to fry just chicken and fries because “there’s no other sides at the moment” AND there is NO kind of manager in charge. All you see in the window are children under 20, definitely no one over 21.If there was, maybe we’d get some responses and changes on this WHOLE place’s functionality.
Pay for food to be delivered by Uber eats to only receive the wrong food ???!!!! At wrk and hungry bc they not paying attention to their job n at wrk have to to drive to pick up the correct order??!y’all kids get it together fast please or these stores need to hire more responsible individuals to run it.
This location is by far the worst regarding customer service. I've been there a few times to give them the benefit of doubt and each time it trumps the previous visit. I'm just disappointed this is the only one closest to home.
