The food was great here - just as good as any other Popeyes in other states. I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this and at first was nervous to go, but everything was fine about the visit (except the team was understaffed and therefore slow to get the order out). I'll give them the 5 stars to help boost their score as really they were just fine when I went.
lets face it, popeye is the only business that can have terrible reviews and we will still eat there so i was expecting bad customer service like always when i come here. but every time ive come lately, there has been a young man i believed name brayden who has exceeded my expectations in popeyes customer service. always polite and willing to go the extra mile
We ordered a 5 piece meal deal. Got home with 4 pieces of chicken. Went back & still only received 4 pieces of chicken. The guy just needed to read the quantity and pieces (leg, thigh, breast etc) printed on the receipt. Gave up & just had dinner. Check your order BEFORE you drive away....
I live in this area and avoid this place like it's a religion. I recently ordered a 3pc tender and a 5pc tender.. Who totally different prices, and they gave us 4 tenders in each meal.. Does money have no significance to these employees?! They have poor attitude, and they will 90% of the time get your order wrong.I could write a book of all the unprofessional and careless services this location has to offer, but I'd be here for hours. Just don't go here, you're better off at the whataburger across the street
Walked into the lobby to pick up a DoorDash order for a customer and a VERY large German cockroach crawled across the counter and under the register. If roaches feel comfortable enough to come out in the light when people are around I would hate to see what it looks like at night when the lights are out. Very gross. Will never eat here again.
Ordered a big box 2 Piece dark, 2 sides red bean and rice, with mash potato and biscuit. Got 2piece wing, 2 order fries no biscuit. Never going , and never order from here again.
Our order was messed up with two unrecognizable pieces of chicken it looked like a half of a thigh. Management did say they would redo the order. After going through drive through again we literally seen the manager trying to give us the same chicken and heard her say we don’t know what a wing was no mask and breathing heavily over the food and she definitely had an attitude when we wanted the food replaced the fries we were supposed to get came out cold. Asked for dipping sauce got two sauces for 10 pieces of chicken and for some reason we didn’t get a piece of spicy chicken which is what we came here for. the young guy on the window was polite just lost he didn’t know what to do. Will be calling corporate. Oh and half a cup or red beans and rice I’m done
Horrible service with horrible work ethic! Order was messed up 4 times by the female on the drive through. Cashier had to re do the entire order and then it come out cold. I want a refund! Worse Popeyes we’ve ever experienced. The management and staff should be let go in my opinion. Picture is us re heating out food five minutes after leaving the drive through
The Hispanic female Manager on duty today on 1/1/22 at 5:17pm does absolutely NOTHING. Drive through is always around the building. The inside is only open when they choose to open it. A couple walked in the inside and they refused services after waitin in line for 10 minutes before being recognized or assisted for help. She has a young maybe 16/17 year old kid working the front cash register by his self with her and the other Hispanic employee huddle up in the back and speak spanish the whole time while theres 5 customers waiting to be helped. Very unprofessional.
DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER. Everytime I go here its a long wait and the order comes out cold/ soggy AND they ALWAYS forget something. emailed customer service and was given a 10 off coupon. Tried it again today these mfrs still can't get anything right. Go anywhere else if you don't have the time/patience or Karen heart to argue with the manager.
