To preface this review, I want to say if the staffing issue was fixed, this is easily a 4.5 star. If you're not willing to wait a little longer than normal for your food, at least at the drive through, this is not the place for you. Saying that, the food I've received has never been bad. Overall, just your normal understaffed popeyes, and again, please be nice to the workers, they're trying their best :)
We ordered online; when we went to the checkout, they told us they were out of the butterfly shrimp and said they would give us popcorn shrimp instead. I asked if there were any options, to the reply of no. I even asked if they would maybe toss in an extra chicken leg or two, but nope. No chance to refund or cancel, so I took what I got. We left, and wow, the fried chicken tasted good but wasn't spicy like I ordered, and the popcorn shrimp, well, it was like last week's triple battered shrimp tail shell. I do have to say, they were generous with the sauce, and the chicken tenders tasted good, but I am done with popeyes. I spent around 25 for two people to walk away very dissatisfied. I don't know if it is popeyes in general or just this location, but I can never recommend it again.

4/26/22Pulled up to the drive through at 11:45amNo one answers. Finally a lady comes over the speaker and says they’re not opening for another hour. This place is trash. They’ve gone down hill over the last year. Always out of something or the food is cold. Or they give you 2 dips for a 10 piece tender and then want you to pay .25 cents for each additional one. How is Popeyes making an my money here at this location? The average person spends 15 coming here. Sitting her for the last 25 minutes writhing this review and talking to customer service 15 cars have come and gone. I think it’s time to fire your staff and put people in there that can work the hours and times it’s supposed to be open.
Purchased a gift card there that wouldn't work. Tried to return it to get my money back and got the run around by the employees. Was told to call the general manager the next day. I tried for an hour, but no one answered, until finally someone picked up the phone and hung up. Horrible customer service.UPDATE: was told by window clerk to come by the next morning to see the general manager. Of course they weren't there. Went through that twice. I have called corporate to issue a complaint. Got the run around there, as well, by four different customer service reps. Still trying to get this settled.
We had to re order the entire order 4 times before they got it even close to right....and they still didn't get it right as they still didn't give us our fries. Top it off, our $3 something order of red beans and rice was 1/4 full, the fries we got were cold and my family has the runs. Obviously, not only do they not know how to take an order or fill a bowl with rice, but cook food in a sanitary manner.
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I did a mobile order and went to the drive thru to pick up. When I got to the drive thru, a woman at the speaker said the machine was broken, so they couldn't take orders. She said that I'd have to come back in 30 minutes. I told her I had a mobile order, but she said they had no chicken ready then said the store was closed. I asked her what about my mobile order and she said there's no chicken and to contact doordash. Again, I told her I ordered on the Popeyes mobile app, not through doordash and needed to speak with a manager about a refund. She laughed and said there's no manager available then refused to answer me when I asked who was in charge, so I could get a refund. I ended up calling corporate and getting a refund. Unprofessional and rude.
Should have read the reviews. Its a bit disappointing that after my kids baseball practice I just want pick something up to eat. I stop at Popeyes because it was my son‘s choice. First off I waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes to get my food. When I do finally get my food I go home, which I live 20 minutes away from where that we practice. The chicken breading was raw it was mushy that was on some of them. On the rest of them they just look so dark and just greasy. I tried to call the number on the receipt last night when I got my food there was no answer and I’m calling again on my lunch break around 1140 still no answer and no voicemail or anything it just rang and rang. Never eating here again that was a waste of almost $40. Below are actually screenshots of a video I took.
This probably the worst Popeyes location I ever went to. I order one thing turns out to be another thing. Make sure y’all checked what’s in your bag before you leave this place. I’m so disappointed. Waited for almost 30+mins. Wont be back to this trashy place ever again!!
Ordered popcorn shrimp today. Picture says it all. They put the mashed potatoe container in the box and took up all the room. This is ridiculous.
