Love this place! It's in what used to be Fred's, but they've added a bit of nautical flare with a giant mural on the wall and nautical touches in the decor. It's really chill and subdued for what it is. The crew is what really stands out here. They're relaxed and friendly but get the job done. Portions are perfect, food is tasty, and I didn't for a second feel rushed. If I were to knock it, I'd bring up the "alligator bites." Turns out they're not actually gator, but more like cheesy, spicy hush puppies. Not horrible by any means, but the name kind of led to disappointment. All in all, it's the kind of place where you go if you want to be a regular...or at least feel like it.

Top shelf was perfect & the beer was nice & cold .the burgers were cooked to perfection & the second drinks were better than the first. Good bartender, great place.

sat there about 20 minutes, no one ever took the time to ackledge us but the bar tender he was kind enough to bring us a drink then nothing happened, waited and waited and no.one took our order. we just walked away. this place is just for beer and drinks forget about food. we just wanted to try a hamburger but is obvious this place is just a cantina. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT FOOD JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Food and drinks were okay. We sat in the bar at a table but couldn't get service. Lesson learned we will just sit on the restaurant side.

Food was great. Atmosphere was fun. If your looking for a fun night here you will find it.

We had a good time. The crowd was all about the fun. We did karaoke and the crowd was light hearted and encouraging.

Man, talk about a post-pandemic pivot. This place evolved from an iconic Fort Worth watering hole (a favorite for karaoke), to a TCU-area bar and grille. They are now in the old Fred's space (The Oui for you old-timers) on Bluebonnet Circle. Owner, Bert Adams, has divided the place in two sections. The bar side is big and open, featuring a full bar, a stage for live music and karaoke, as well as two full-size pool tables. Got plenty of high-top and table seating as well. You can order food on the bar side as well as the restaurant side. The restaurant side is what you'd expect. Restaurant side has a bar too, but more table seating and a little quieter. The food here may be the big surprise. Great burgers and sandwiches and a high-end steak at a reasonable price that may be the best-kept secret in the TCU area. Lots of big screens for your game-watching pleasure. And the karaoke and live music nights never disappoint. When the weather is nice, the roll-top doors are open as well. Go see Bert and his crew and get ready to make it one of your regular stops!

Came over here after a day at Benbrook Lake. Floor was sticky. Bartender refused to look at you, even though you were standing right in front of him however, the regulars were served pdq. Finally a waitress came over.Just when things started to get a bit better, three women with little girls came in and Moms sat at one table while the girls ages 5-7 ran through the place playing chase and tag and finally romper room jumping on the hollow stage.The Manager on duty should have stepped in and told the Moms to control their kids. Really not a safe environment anyway to bring kids to but it is what it is and we'll be going elsewhere on Sundays. It's no wonder the place is nearly empty.;

The burger was very good and the service was excellent. The fries were perfect. Will be going back for dinner at a later time to enjoy a beer. The bar looked very tempting, so will be going back

Jalapeno Bacon Cheese Burger was top notch. Hot and spicy. Good atmosphere.
