This has been my favorite fast food restaurant since it was first built. I have to say that the food, quality, and service has only gotten better over the years. The management is sincere and listens to customers concerns, and the food is always freshly prepared and very flavorful for a fast food establishment (the chicken is surprisingly never dry and slow cooked to perfection!). I rarely write reviews, but some places definitely deserve recognition for their consistency and amazing staff (who come to work with positive, infectious attitudes). Thank you for the awesome food and 5 star service!! Would recommend this location above all others.
I'm extremely disappointed that I had the weight close close to an hour to have my order taken at the drive thru.I cannot complain about the food as it was served hot fresh and delicious the way they usually do. It was just excessive wait. I hope this gets fixed. I really love their authentic tacos.
We haven’t been in a while but I giving only one star only because my daughters liked their food. But customer service is so bad. The girl at the register didn’t even greet me and was acting like I was bothering her. She over charged me on one of my meals. She seemed bothered when I asked her about it. My food was so dry she made everything to go when clearly me and my daughters where sitting at a table waiting for our food. Just bad customer service! We’ll not be going back.
Good food, good music, great service! I’ve been here plenty of times but there’s something different! Whole experience was amazing! I ordered 2 half chicken quesadilla and chicken flatas all executed perfectly…Omar and Pedro went over and beyond to be sure we knew our food was coming and it was going to be just as ordered…all while greeting other customers and thanking others for coming! Definitely will be back!
We placed an online order for a party, when we arrived the order was not ready and ended up waiting 22 minutes in the lobby. I asked for a discount on a future order but they said “not today”. We specifically placed the order to avoid the wait and they did not attempt to fix their error of not having the order ready. The food is always great, customer service needs some work.
The absolute BEST CHICKEN I've ever had. This will be my go to during lunch and dinner. Great prices and friendly & professional staff(Omar & Pedro are rock stars). Keep it up!!!
Food is great! Waiting over 25 minutes in the drive through line is ridiculous though. First time I went it took a long time (and they were out of chicken), but I thought maybe it was just a bad day. I tried to go again today but after waiting 25 minutes in the drive through line I left and went somewhere else. Only 3 cars went through during that time, so luckily I was right before the part of the drive through that you can't escape from).Never coming back, because who has the time?
Absolutely AMAZING service. I most definitely recommend this Pollo Regio. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Customer service was GREAT. Omar provided terrific customer service and made sure we were well attended and well taken care of. The BEST POLLO REGIO in the area, coming from 2 hours away we always come to this location for this simple reason.

For a fast food place the food is phenomenal BUT the staff, wait and otherwise leave much to be desired.I definitely come here whenever I’m in town but I manage my expectations on wait times and attentiveness of staff because while the food is very good, they simply do not care about the customer experience at all
