I go here all the time and Pollo Regio is Pollolicious and the service here is good and sometimes it's packed but still good that you crave it every day and I recommend trying it and it's good so and in 2017 they added extra space for more customers to eat there which is so cool and I recommend going here and you can get it to go but sometimes they take a while but most time they give it to your right away.
Worst place to come eat service is horrible and just dirty they should train the young men the put as cashiers on customer service and how to keep an area clean oh and soap in the bathroom
Very poor help won't attempt to take orders no one is keeping up with workers not doing their job 30 to 45 minutes just to order one meal and they will have you standing outside but won't take your order waste of your time if your in a hurry don't buy here
Pollo regio In general is really great very delicious. The location on Cooper needs some help but did a review and they answered and said they will fix the problem thats why I didn't give it a 1 star. The fort worth location is so so good. Great chicken really hope it's not because of the lack of help the Cooper location was how it was.
Restrooms need an update and sanitized on a daily. The lady's room was gross and smelled. Ladies in register are rude.
Pollo Regio’s food is great! William at the seminary location was very helpful and polite! I decided to go in because the line was too long in drive through and he was able to get my order out fast!
