Online ordered recieved at 11:06 am. Handed my meal at 11:28. Just for 5 tacos took thay long. Whats the whole point of online order ? And at that checked my bag when i returned to work and no utensils no hot sause or napkins.

Their sign says they open at 10:00. Open sign even said open. I got there at 10:10 and set at the menu for 20 minutes and no one ever greeted me. Tried to call and got no answer. Tried to go inside but the doors were locked. If you changed your store hours you can at least change it on the door. What a waste of time.

Tortillas were not cooked, fries were stale, burger meat was smaller then buns. Overall the taste was not good at all
The food was delicious but the customer service was not the greatest as well as the salsa bar not being stocked or utensils available in the appropriate area.
I gave it one star because the food didn't taste bad but I'd appreciate getting what I paid for though and that's why I rated it low. My cup/side of beans wasn't even full. It barely even had enough for half of it to be full. The chicken was not even enough to be half. I don't pay to get ripped off.
Food is good. Service is about as bad as it gets, employees act like they’re doing you a favor. Every time I go the wait is a good 30 min in the drive thru to sometimes be told there is no chicken at the window. My kids like it, that’s why I keep going back.
This location is the worse. Just waited in line to find out that they have no chicken at the time of payment. I was already told there was no baked potatoe. So, what are you selling?! It's 2 hour's before closing time, how do you not have anything? Don't waste your time going to this location, bad service. I'm driving to the one at the Gran Plaza right now.
