Hit or miss depending on staff working. I love the salad and if I want something heavier then nachos will do. The half and whole chicken meal is delicious and beans are to die for. I gave this location 3 stars because the last few times the chicken in my salad always dry, not fresh, and looked microwaved.
A spread like no other!!!! WHEN I tell u this was soooo scrumptious and fresh...well worth the price change...Get u some!!!

Happy mothers day every one. Any way I go 5o this restaurant. I'm feeling good and looking good. I love the chicken its awsome. But the customer service was awful to me( African American ( but great towards the Spanish. I didn't even recieve eye contact by the female employees. I was just waiting and waiting. Finally a young Spanish girl came in and clocked in I gave her my reciet and let her know I been waiting. She made my order and apologized all the while the two older women that was there still wouldn't look up and even acknowledge I was there. I understand... but my money spends too. If not put a sign that says no blacks allowed or something. It don't make sense to treat a person like that
Today was my first time going to this location. I have never had any issues before. There was more juice than beans. The chicken was not fully cooked though. Sick and throwing up.. Please, please cook the chicken. This it’s a good feeling.
This location is convenient for people traveling through Fort Worth. It's located on one of the busiest streets in the city, I think. Lancaster Avenue in East Fort Worth. The staff is usually cool, and the lobby is usually clean. The building has been there a while, but the lobby is usually tidy. Three condiment bar and fountain are neat, as well. Recently, there's been a duck living out front. What a spectacle. And the food is always a-ok! Shoutout!
Usually I leave 3 stars for Pollo Regio because of the way cashiers do service. Im always greeted with a quick mumble, sometimes I can't make out what is said but I place my order and then head to the window. Im usually in the drive thru for a good while which is inconvenient when you're in a rush or have a crying baby in the backseat as I do. I stay away as much as I can but my son loves the rice so much so when he's craving it we make the drive. Today our visit was different? I was greated KINDLY by a super nice young man. He spoke clearly, I understood everything without feeling rushed. He greeted me, made a suggestion from the menu, I said no thank you and placed my order, he proceeded to offer a drink, gave me my total and asked me to drive up. That encounter at the speaker caught my attention. I had never been treated so kindly and professional at ANY Pollo Regio location. He let me know he was the only cashier on that shift so I asked for his name and thanked him for his great service. I was very pleased and let him know I would be writing this review? So, I'd like to recognize Isai H. for his hard work, kindness and the way he treats the customers with so much respect. Thank you for taking your time today and not rushing us out of the way. I pray for many blessings upon your life and at your job ? Your awesome personality does not go unrecognized and there are strangers like me who really appreciate people like you!
Jessica was helpful at the driver thru, recommended the half chicken. Charro beans are my favorite and the yellow sauce give a bonus boost. Easy and consistent taste; I will be back for more!
Regios is not what it used to be 15 years ago. This location is the worst though. They gave me undercooked chicken. I spent $17 for undercooked chicken and the horchata tasted horrible.
The stuffed baked potato with chicken was awesome. I got there around 430 pm on a Thursday, the wait was approx 10 minutes, not bad.
