First off I will never call the call center to order a pizza from Pizza Hut again I was disrespected and treated very poorly if it was not for the manager Janelle and delivery driver Demetrius (I probably spelt both of those names wrong lol) being extremely considerate and helpful in the situation I would never use Pizza Hut again. My pizza was late which was okay because Demetrius told me that he was the only driver on a Friday night so I understood that and was not upset. Then my order was wrong I ordered one large supreme stuffed crust pizza and got a large half supreme half pepperoni no stuffed crust instead. Because it was so busy I could not get through to the store so I called the call center again and was treated like straight trash and unless I can order directly from the store I will never use Pizza Hut again. Having said that I do want to make it clear that the manager and the delivery driver are the only reason why even consider using Pizza Hut again ever they were great
I ordered a pizza for delivery and waited for an hour, the delivery didn't even arrive. I called to ask why and the worker said they didn't have a driver.I walked 5+ minutes to the store and walked in to find 3 different workers inside.The one at the counter picked up the phone as I entered and just stood there not saying anything into the phone, another in the back looked like he was preparing food, with the 3rd just standing around in the back.I stood there for 3 minutes before a 4th worker walked in, it wasn't till then that the 3rd person noticed me and took care of me.To top it all off I still got stuck with the $5 delivery charge
Ordering my pizza at 7:30 on line I specifically made it for delivery because I'm ordering from my job. By the time 8:30 came, I called the location I chose on my app and I couldn't seem to find my pizza. I was told that they didn't have my order and that sometimes orders are sent to another location. I was then given the phone number to call the other location to see see if my order was there. Sure enough it was but for carry out. I told them On my app I said delivery. I'm at work and can't leave. The gentleman on the phone said he would happily remake it since the confusion and because it was cold. 9:00 I called and they said that the pizza was done and heading out the door and that we would be first drop off. It is 9:40 and still no pizza. I called to finally cancel my order. I can't even get THAT until 11 in the morning because the particular Manager won't be in till then. Did I mention that I'm literally 1.5 miles away (6 min)? SMH!!
If I could Give no stars that’s what I would do. I had 3 sick kids at home so I ordered delivery to be delivered at 830 pm which it is a Saturday so I wasnt Expecting it until 9pm or so. I called Multiple times and the phone calls went unanswered. It is now 12:35am and I never received my order nor did I receive a call letting me know what’s going. So tomorrow I will Calling up there to get my refund. Absolutely the worst place.
The guy that was working today was super rude. Didn’t make eye contact acted like he did not want to work but was the only one there not to mention I was coming into pick up wings I ordered 25mins ago. It’s not even started the laziest Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen
Ordered almost 3 hours ago. No one is answering my calls. The one time someone did answer they hung up. The app has said the pizza has been out for delivery for over an hour. I just want a refund.
9124 Camp Bowie W. Blvd.....is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Let me go on by explaining. Twice my delivery wasn't delivered. Then I called to the store, it took so long for anyone to answer. When they answered a foreign lady answered then hung up. I called back and she kept hanging up. Then someone from another Pizza Hut store gave me a $30 dollar credit, which that was nice of him. But today I used my store credit and waited for my order to arrive after 48 minutes I kept calling the store and no one answered. So I waited and waited again, which an hour had passed. I'm sitting in my living room and suddenly said let me look outside. There was my pizza sitting outside my door cold. I'm just done with this Pizza Hut store. Should just shut the store down... Point Blank...
The employees were friendly and helpful, but the order was not correct. I ordered the big box with one pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni and pineapple pizza. I paid for pineapple and only got two pepperoni pizza so I spent more money to stop at the store and buy pineapple to put on my pizza.
The bread sticks had no dressings they were dry. The pizza taste was good but it was like the dough had been sitting out for a while before they baked it it was flat no bounce or fluff it was flat like when yeast goes bad
well we ordered a cookie and i dont know that it was even put in the oven....but yet it was the reason our order was soo late and the pizza had gotten cold....just decided i wouldnt order from you guys n e more....
