Courtney was awesome, the food was awesome, the dessert and drinks were awesome. Will defiantly be back to see Courtney!
Most of the employees are rude, especially management. The store manager often closes the store early on Sunday nights even though it says "8pm".
1. Online order was not ready by pickup time2. After giving the worker my name and waiting an additional 15 min my order was just sitting on the counter.3. Requested to have cabbage added to my order - no cabbage.4. I order the new bourbon chicken with fried rice. My fried rice was drown in bourbon sauce and was not enjoyable.Update: Management reached out and apologized and provided excellent customer service to correct issue. This gesture was very appreciative. Thank you so much!
Ordered food to be delivered. Roach was in my food. Called and employee said yes we have had a problem.....like it was no big deal.....please spread the word don't eat here!!!!!
Came here recently with a couple of friends, and honestly, the food was not worth the money we spent. It was about $15 - $20 for a ONE-PERSON meal, the noodles/rice had no flavor, my dish smelled like wet dog, and the food took a while to come out. NOT worth the wait, or my time.
Disgusting. Has gone way down hill. On top of a ROACH crawling in our booth. The food was gross and everything served to go. Used to be so good.
First and last time here, music was so loud to the point I could barely hear the cashier. My food came out cold and was overall disappointing, the only good thing from this place was the kind cashier
Absolutely the worst service EVER! Stood in line at register to place order for ten minutes with NO acknowledgement whatsoever! The the guy in front me left also left ....he was there when I got there. The waitress/hostess was unapologetic when we informed her we were leaving...she said BYE! This location lost a customer for life!
Was at the register ordering my food and saw a roach crawling on the wall. I pointed it out and the cashier acted like it wasn't a big deal and didn't even kill it. Never eating here again. You should not be open until your infestation is resolved. Period.
Sooooo gross I could puke. Place was great pre covid. I had a freaking hair in my food from the cook who wasn’t wearing a hair net and was hitting all the pots and pans like he hated life.
