I understand that the restaurant is very busy with the re-open, but there were so many issues with my family and I's visit. However, I think our experience was not a typical one. We arrived at 10:35 am and were told we had a 20 minutes wait, which we agreed to. We were seated a little early, around 10:50 am, and waited another 15 minutes for our waitress to get our drink orders and greet us for the first time. We asked questions about the menu and out waitress had to ask someone else for all the answers, which is ok! But it took her 10 more minutes and she served others while we waited. We were given breakfast menus, ordered with our waitress, and waited another 10 minutes until we were told by a manager that they had forgotten to tell us that they stop serving breakfast at 11am- we were told that at 11:25, after ordering and finding out our orders weren't even put in when we ordered them. The manager apologized and asked us to try and understand their situation, which we do. Overall I understand the stress and confusion, but it all felt very unprofessional that we were just given a lunch menu and essentially asked to deal with it, especially since half our order was just pancakes for our 12 and 5 year old. In addition, we did get the drinks we ordered, but the Green Power Juice wasn't juiced properly and had a lot of chunks of kale/celery in it and it was very uncomfortable to drink and did not taste very good. We asked for the check and excused ourselves. I hope to revisit and have a different experience, but not very soon.

Came here for breakfast today. The coffee was amazing. The mimosas were strong and great. The only reason for 3 stars is the portion size? This is Texas, we want Texas size portions. I rarely ever eat out except on cheat day. I was expecting Texas diner size portion. I got the corned beef hash, which was delicious but the portion was so small I was still hungry when we left. May just be that particular item. My boyfriend got the cowboy omelet and was a huge portion. We will definitely be back and I'll try something else next time.

This is my first time coming here after the remodel/new ownership. Much nicer and cleaner than it was before, menu was okay. Food was great and large portions. My server Leida was perfect in every way. The only issue I had was the chocolate pie, it was average at best. Not as good as the old restaurant. Give it shot, when they open for dinner I will be there.

The staff was most amiable, service was good. I loved the diner ambiance and the top reason for our visit. However, I wish they had other milk options for my coffee, oat specifically, or almond would've been nice. Also, if they add pancakes, waffles or both to their menu; that would make for an ideal spot for me! Other than that, the egg sandwich was delish. I may visit again but only for pie ?. It was scrumptious.

Soft opening of the (new) Paris Coffee Shop. Wow! The interior is beautiful; clean lines with an Art Deco feel. The food was top notch; I had the breakfast sandwich, and my husband had the brisket taco(which was huge!) We had the Mr. Smith cocktail, made with Mezcal. Everything was delicious, and the wait staff were friendly and very attentive.

Was on lunch break always see this restaurant decided to go in & try it out! Place was super packed but got to be seated within 30 seconds of walking in! Service was fast & the meal was delicious! The gentleman behind the bar was non stop busy but kept a smile on his face & did customer service perfect & was right there quick for everyone’s needs! 10/10 recommend! I will be visiting one last time before I leave Texas! Great place for a good meal!

The renovation is beautiful, the staff was very kind and attentive, prices were reasonable and the food was great. Loved the expansion of hours and menu. The whole vibe was chill but bustling. Just as you’d expect for a popular cafe.

Paris Coffee reopened today, and a friend and I had breakfast there. The staff were friendly. The food was excellent. I had the two-egg breakfast. The only complaint about the food I had was the flavor of the hash. It was a bit too bland and soggy. Also, the AC works exceedingly well. So bring a jacket if you are thin-skinned. Definitely go support this Fort Worth tradition.

should have never closed down--ppl lost their jobs and when it reopens prices will be 25% higher and less to eat--one of the few places where seniors could eat at a reasonable price. Luby's was another but many of those closed down

I must agree with the rest of happy customers. I was invited to this place and I must say that we love this place. So cozy and food is delicious. They do serve you good portions also. Love it and I can't wait until they reopen.
