Chicken cordon bleu was excellent. The halibut was dry and overcooked. I did not tell them about the fish; I should have. I am certain they would have made it right.

The service and ambiance was outstanding, and the food was phenomenal. We had not been to Paris 7th for some time, and realized what we had been missing. This is an oasis of epicure delight in Cowtown! We will not wait so long before we return.
