Great service and food tasted great. I would go more often but the price points are a little too high for what you get. I used to visit often but now go maybe once a year.
4 stars because I love the food for the most part and drive thru is an extra bonus which is why it hurts to leave less than a 5 star review. So the food here is exactly cheap. Therefore since I’m paying more and getting less than a Wendy’s salad, I expect better quality than a Wendy’s salad. I specifically asked for no iceberg lettuce which has no nutritional value that actual Greens have. This is not the 1st time, I’ve been gaslighted and I’m upset. Can we please do better and drop down Panera salad prices to Wendy’s salad prices where I don’t feel cheated eating only half the salad and throwing out the rest :)
I love the food, but my boyfriend always asks for (and pays extra for) extra avocado on his sandwich and it’s a 50/50 chance he’ll get it. Sometimes we mention it to a worker, sometimes we don’t, but we’ve never gotten any compensation for it. There has also been a time we didn’t get any silverware or bread/ a side with our orders.
Food was good but think they are suffering staffing shortages. It was a little slow and inconsistent. Half of us were finished with food before the other half’s food arrived and they weren’t that busy.
I have been to this location 3 different times using the drive through, every time the order was wrong. I love this franchise, but this location is way under par with quality of the food, and the it’s too unpredictable if you get the right order. I would advise going to Taco Bell or chic filet, this location is not worth the $$$
The oven roasted turkey was really good, but the bread was a tad dry. Service was great
I go here a lot for lunch and usually theres never an issue but today I asked a worker with green hair for help and she was very rude and more concerned on complaining about prices with another worker. I feel like she could of easily of helped me but she chose not to. The only other person who was in line said she was not ready yet so there was no excuse. The lady with the green hair seemed very unhappy to be there and to have to deal with customers.
I love the Broccoli Cheddar soup. The Roast Turkey & Avocado BLT was the most tasteless sandwich I've had; worse that the Tuna Salad Sandwich. I love Panera Bread and most items I have ordered were delicious. This turkey had no taste whatsoever, hardly tasted any avocado and the bacon was very sparse. I will not be ordering it again. The tuna salad sandwich was tasteless too except that it did taste like tuna but nothing else. I'll go back to the salads or pizzas which are always delicious.
The bread was soggy and there was less than 2 pieces of meet on my full sandwich. There was no cheese and the bread wS extremely dry and my cookie was missing so I had to go back to request it. Most of the tables inside were dirty. This location has declined in every way since jan 2021.
Great food, as always. Very friendly service. We did have a problem with our order. A sandwich and a bagel were left out. They replaced the bagel as ordered. They replaced the full-size sandwich with a half-sized sandwich.
