The cost has gotten outrageous. We won’t be back! $24-$25 for a sandwich, bowl of soup, two cookies, and a drink! That’s insane!
Store is well maintained. Clean exterior, clean interior. Management and staff are well organized and thrifty. Willing to work with customers on numerous menu item request and questions. Food was great and refreshing.
Good food, nice, and usually quick and easy. I love how fresh and healthy the food is! The prices are a little high, but better than eating at McDonald’s for a dollar by a long shot.
I ordered a toast white cheddar include ? CANT FIND IT !! the guy never ask what size, neither what i want for side..lots of FRUIT FLIES. .. AVOID THIS LOCATION. waste money and time + UNSATISFIED SITUATIONS!!
I am a long time customer of Panera, but here in the last month or so I am rethinking that. Every time I go, my order is wrong - they have increased their prices. And today, my order was 13$ for a half salad and drink and the greens in the salad are wilted and brown. yuck! It's completely inedible. big waste of my time and money. I definitely do not recommend this particular location.
The employees at this location are so nice. I usually love going in. However, the last time my daughter and I were here, the floor was dirty and 90% of the tables looked as if they hadn't been wiped down all day. I'm sure they are just understaffed like most places. The food was still delicious and the coffee was piping hot.
This location is dirty ! The actual walls are gross and have food spatter. The tables and chairs are covered in dried food that has been there awhile and there is a fly infestation near the drink machine . It was the same about six months ago and we stopped going but we thought it might have improved….nope !
I pick up deliveries from this location often. Lately the food is always on time and ready to go. The reason for the 1 star is bc everytime I go here this woman in the kitchen is always chastising her coworkers. Almost to the point of abuse. Her tone of voice is demeaning and patronizing towards the employees. If they need training, take them aside and help them, but don't chastise them in front of the entire dining room. We can all hear you! Management needs to look into her. Seem like a toxic environment. I will raise the stars if you respond and rectify the abuse going on in the kitchen.
I’ve always had a great experience at this Panera’s. I especially like the cinnamon crunch bagels! This location makes the best ones as compared to other Panera’s I’ve tried. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Efficient and accurate every time I’ve been there.
Placed an order on the website and found out at time it was supposed to be delivered that the ordered was cancelled with no explanation. I ordered delivery because my wife's pregnant and wanted her to have a good lunch. Way to disappoint Panera and Doordash.
