Best meal we've had in some time! Absolutely delicious! We had a Greek Garden Goddess salad with chicken, tomato soup, fresh baguette, BBQ bacon chicken sandwich with Charged Lemonade strawberry lemon mint and Fuji apple cranberry. The presentation was superb. The salad was incredibly fresh, great combination of Cobb salad and Greek with thin sliced chicken pieces. Avecado on the side was just the right touch. The tomato soup was thick and hearty, just the right flavor and consistency. Fresh made croutons topped it off perfectly. Generous portions of fresh made baguette paired well. The barbeque chicken sandwich was sized well for dinner. The sauce was a slightly sweet and tangy. Tender slices of chicken, thick slices of bacon, on a toasted thick cut sweet bread. This was our first time eating at Panera, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, they provided exceptional service as well and fabulous suggestions for our meal! We will definitely be returning to this location!
This panera location is like THE WORST EVER!!!!! They are always out of bread or out of Sandwiches, or their toasters and ovens are broken. This week i tried to come by several time around 530pm and they always out of stuff or broken equipment. Poor management and always low stock, Wont go here again!!!! What kind of sandwich place is this when they constantly out of bread and produce to make the sandwiches...dont go here and dont waste your time because they are probably out of the stuff you want....
The coffee was lukewarm and they were out of almost all the bagels. I guess I haven’t been here in awhile but I was so disappointed the cream cheese comes in a prepackaged Togo cup rather than on the bagel. Just seems like a drop in standards.
We ordered food for delivery because my wife has COVID. They delivered the food and our order was wrong (half of it was missing). When we called they then informed us they were out of some of the items we ordered. Funny enough, they were out of bread. When we called to get our missing items, they said they were closing because of the weather. They did give us a refund, which I am thankful for, but we still have half a dinner. Their food is good, but the service is lacking.
The food was good. Had my heart set on some tortilla soup as shown on their website, but not on the menu in the store! What's up with that Panera? Anyway, had to get the veggie soup since I'm gluten free and had the salad. Getting a bit pricey, $10+ w/o a drink for lunch, I can't do that every day, but.....
Due to the shortage of employees, the dining room may be closed periodically, but that's not a big deal. The food is the same, but the prices have risen noticeably. Also, some of the staff are not welcoming or friendly. I wonder if they're being over worked due to the shortage and have a less than desirable attitude???The only thing I order here is the autumn squash soup...which is delicious! The other items I could probably get at Jason's deli or another deli. ??♀
I hate leaving bad reviews, but today really got under my skin. I will adjust this rating if Panera Bread reaches out and makes it right, but until then 1-Star.I usually come here for lunch once or twice a month and it's usually a decent experience; nothing too great to write home about and nothing too bad to write a review about. Today, I ordered from the tablet to avoid people as I noticed none of the employees were wearing masks at the height of Omicron. As I'm sitting and waiting for my food to be ready, 5-6 kids wearing NFL jerseys come in screaming/yelling and trying to interact with everyone getting really close to everyone. Call me paranoid, but why would anyone want kids near them prior to the pandemic?! The kids continue to make a scene and dance on the tables and get behind the register. Not a single employee tried to take control of the situation. What is more concerning is I'm willing to bet this is regular behavior because I overheard one of the kids call an employee behind the register "Mom" so this needs to be handled appropriately.
We had the wrong experience ever, customer service what's beyond deplorable. We had a problem the salad, we took it up to the employee and they totally dismissed us I don't think we will ever be back. We eat chicken caesar salads all around the city this is the smallest one we have ever seen for over $10 the employees were not helpful in any way.
So my first time there... menu looks good... I order a turkey avocado club... sounds great... so I get it and it's cold... W.T.H... almost $11.00 for a cold sandwich.... might have been good had they not been to lazy to heat the meat up... and toast the bread... was not impressed.... if I wanted a cold sandwich I would of made one.. oh and the cashier didn't even speak... just walked by and looked at the line ... I don't want to ring myself up... thats not my job... I don't get paid for it and didn't even receive a discount for it... have your people wait on your customers...
Service was good the teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl was dry and I was told they had no teriyaki or soy sauce for it. $11 was not worth it. Broccoli and cheese soup was good bread was as hard as a brick.
