I have celiac and I’ve never had any issues eating here because they take cross contamination so seriously. I was very nervous at first because it is a regular pizza restaurant. However, we talked to one of the employees and found out that they make the gluten free pizzas in the back kitchen so that cross contamination isn’t even possible :) It tastes really good too!! It is on the pricier side, but I understand because gluten free flours are expensive. Love this place!!!
Good food and not expensive at all! ???2-20-22 update. My second time ordering from here. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. I added mush, spinach and made it a pink sauce. It cost me $13.50 for this small portion.
We are from NW Indiana near Chicago meaning we know great pizza. Palios is by far the best pizza we've had since moving to Texas 10+ years ago! Its a little bit of a drive for us but we go at least once a month when we're in the area. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming! The food is always on fresh and on point! Best gyros we've found in the area! The King pizza is also a hit! Five stars! Highly recommend! A+++++
Pizza was amazing! So flavorful & I love how cheesy it was. Both of my kids devoured their pepperoni pizza (even the crust) since the flavor was so good. Definitely will come again
This was my first visit to Palios as my wife highly recommended this place.Place was comfortable and really liked the BYOD option and the glasses we could use if you bring wine or other drinks to share.I ordered the IL Diavolo as I Love spicy food. While it tasted great, i thought habernero peppers would make it spicy, but the jalapeño kolache we had for breakfast was way spicier. Still recognize on flavor. The salad was basic spring mix with cucumbers and tomatoes so was under welming...My wife had the Ralphie’s which I would also recommend.Our daughter had the Hawaiian Sunrise. This is not my idea of pizza but was good for what it was.Staff was friendly, place was clean, prices reasonable, and lots of options. Highly recommend!!!

I had never tried the food at Palio’s before. I will definitely be going back! This will be our go to for pizza and we got the chicken Caesar salad. The hot Italian sandwich is bomb as well. I see a lot of people complaining about wait times and all that. I guess they aren’t paying attention because every where is like that after the pandemic places are under staffed and I’m sure they’re doing there best dealing with the public is hard! I placed my order online for delivery said it would be an hour, but got here before that. My pizza was hot and the salad was fresh!
Today was a horrible experience. We normally love going here. Our daughter waited over 45 minutes for her pizza, even though no one was in line ahead of us when we ordered. They overcharged my husband for his meal, he did not receive the meal deal special which he specifically asked for. Our friend who was with us had the same issue with his meal. When going to the counter to see what was going on with our food, and why we weren’t receiving it… the young man with a ponytail only offered, “I’m sorry, we’re busy”. What?? When your number is #14, and they are serving #32+…. I have the right to question what has happened to my food. After waiting 45 minutes for her pizza, my daughter went to the counter to inquire, and the girl with purple hair, proceeded to tell her,” can’t you see we are busy?!” ?. She was incredibly rude. When she finally got her pizza it was soggy and chewy. We’ve never been more disappointed. We have been going to this restaurant since it opened, even during the height of the pandemic. Apparently there was no manager there, and no one was willing to offer solutions for the incredibly poor customer service. So sad ?
We usually love Palio's HOWEVER... Sunday after church, the service is really bad? Orders lost, pasta burned, my friend has been waiting for 42 minutes for a pizza. Very understaffed and a managerial type person doesn't seem to be on sight - at least if there is one here, s/he needs to STEP UP and help your crew. Very disappointed today....
Very good pizza very nice people working there. I would recommend going here if you've never been.
