I don’t usually like to post bad reviews, but I feel like the management could probably use a heads up. Unfortunately, we didn’t make it past the host stand so this review is based solely on our first impression of customer service. Westood just inside the front door for at least 20minutes and not one person greeted us. I could maybe understand had it been busy, but it wasn’t. Several employees passed by and didn’t say a word or even make eye contact. I felt invisible. About midway into our wait, another customer was leaving and handed a glass of water to the hostess and said, “you should probably tell your manager that we were served a glass of water with a napkin in it.” She just took the glass and didn’t respond to him in anyway and he left. Even after that, we stood there for a little while longer hoping to be seated soon. (I really wanted Aussie fries! ?) I guess they didn’t want to serve us today because they sure didn’t act like they wanted us there. Anyways, we ended up at a local place in Keller where we had amazing customer service and perfectly loaded fries. We’re easy to please, all you really had to do was say hello to avoid this review.

Went for the first time to this brand new location the other night for dinner. Prob would not go back. Hostess acted like she didn't even want to be there. And didn't give a very good first impression. Ordered the bloomin onion, which was soggy and not very good. Ordered steak and shrimp. Steak was not seasoned at all and was medium well, even though I ordered medium rare. After ordering the sweet potato and the server coming back several times to let me know they were working on it, came to the table to tell me they were out of sweet potatoes. This was after I was already done with my meal. Overall bad experience at a brand new location. Really like outback, but prob won't go back. The overall vibe seemed like there may be a management problem here.

I feel like this should really be 2 separate reviews. Rocky... our server was fantastic. My girlfriend ordered the new Smoked Porterhouse.. medium rare... the first one came out medium to medium well... happens sometimes... $30 steak let's get it right, sent it back. Second one comes out well... no pink. Sent it back again... the kitchen manager brings the 2nd one back out to inform me that he temped it and is medium rare, while holding the firm gray and now quite cold steak in front of my face. I won't rant on my feelings about this... take what you will from the events.

The place is new nice and clean. My husband ordered a filet mignon but got a different steak instead soo that was one problem we had. It was quite busy .. and they took quite a bit of time as well but thats fine just didnt like the fact that they got our order wrong after so much wait as well.... everything else was good.. staff is really nice as well.

Not sure if it's because it's new or short staffing but there were extended waits for main dishes (1 hour). This location is different from Outback's of old. Less wood and separation, one open room. Smaller. Bread is by request only. When we did get food, it was done right and good.

Second visit to this property. Came on opening day. Amazing! Great food and service. Wednesday 2/16, totally different. Arrived around 6, had a 10-15 minute wait. Understandable given the time, but there were several open tables. Got seated and greeted fairly soon. Sam was our waitress, and she was really hustling. She took our drink order, another associate brought water and then several minutes later Sam returned to confirm our drink order. We ordered our dinners at that time. Sam brought bread to the table, then the salads arrived. This is probably 20-25 minutes since we sat down. We finished our salads and still no drinks, now more then 35 minutes have passed. Meanwhile, Sam is hustling for 6 or 7 tables, the manager stops by to ask how things are and we ask about the drinks. ~5 minutes later, drinks arrive…1 wrong and the other nothing like the identical drink I had on opening night. (Smoked pecan old fashion). Tasted watered down, like it had been sitting somewhere. Only 1 person behind the bar, while 4 hostesses stood around chatting most of the time we were there. Meals arrived and food was very tasty. Very poor staffing and management of personnel. Several tables around us also had issues, from different waitresses. The place is struggling and I truly hope they find a way to get it straightened out.

Great food! We had steak, shrimp, salmon and lobster. All prepared perfectly! Amazing service! Friendly, attentive staff. Love the new decor. A real step up from typical Outback. We’ll definitely be back!

Love the great new open atmosphere. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Food was fantastic. My steak was cooked perfect to my request. It was everything I expected from an Outback Steakhouse, always consistent as I would expect. One of the reasons they are at the top of our list when dinning out. I would recommend this new Outback to anyone.

Very nice staff, very helpful and friendly. I like the new decor. Definitely a step above the regular outback.

We had steak, shrimp, salmon, lobster, chicken, and pork chops. All were delicious! The new espresso martini and smoked Old Fashioned were amazing as well. Great service from Justin.
