Good Italian food varieties! Many vegetarian options available too. We got seated almost immediately without wait. Staff was friendly and offered kids refills without hesitation.Kid friendly and family friendly place to enjoy a wonderful meal!
The three stars is for the front of house, kitchen staff, and the food. Our waitress, April, was horrible. Did not ask how we were. Did not wish my mom or my wife a Happy Mother’s Day, on Mother’s Day. Took our drink order, and left. Brought drinks. Took our food order, and left. Brought food. Brought bill. April made no additional efforts to make our experience pleasant. Didn’t refill anything. Didn’t ask how the food was. She gives zero you know what’s, and it shows. If you wind up in April’s section, asked to be seated elsewhere.
We have not been to Olive Garden in years, my mother is in town and we decided to take her there for dinner. It felt like we were eating microwaved meals. There was hardly any sauce on any of the pasta and my grandsons Mac n cheese looked like boxed shells n cheese. We were definitely disappointed at a once Awesome place to eat.
Called last minute today to see about a donation or discount for the teachers at our small learning center and the manager Kerry was absolutely amazing!! He allowed our teachers to place their order for what they wanted at no cost. I wasn't expecting anything since it was so last minute. I'm super grateful and want everyone to know how generous and kind this manager was.
Had delivery to the office and while they included all the food, they were incredibly stingy with the meat sauce on our pastas. There wasn’t even enough for half of the noodles. Not impressed.
I went to lunch at this establishment with a coworker. We had the all you can eat soup & salad. The food was good, the service was okay. We walked in & the hostess stated it would be a 10-15 minute wait. 2 minutes later she said our table was ready. She sat us & someone didn't greet us for about 5 minutes. She wasn't even our waitress, apparently ours just walked through the door & took a while to come greet us. However, the lady who did greet us took our drink & food order. We only saw our waitress once.
We were a party of 14 and called ahead and the staff was so accommodating. Service was impeccable! Mackenzie was so kind and very patient with our very chaotic family lol The general manager Kerry was outstanding, couldn’t ask for a better person to be running the show. Kerry even made it a point to stop at our table to ask how everything was and chat for a bit. We don’t live in the area but when we visit again, we will definitely be back.
Order for pick up Quick service Drove less than five minutes to hotel Soup was luke warm at best, spaghetti and meat sauce was partially frozen, overall food was barely warm. Would not recommend take out at this location.
Had outstanding service from our waitress Evy. Came with a party of four and she took really good care of us, she was really polite and went above and beyond. Definitely asking for her next time I go! Very friendly staff at this location :)
