We generally enjoy Olive Garden. We also understand that many businesses like Olive Garden have a shortage of staff.What we didn't understand is why this particular Olive Garden decided to fill the entire restaurant with only a handful of staff.It took us over an hour to get our meal.The bright point was our waitress that was completely overwhelmed, but pressed on as best she could with a warm smile.
Always one of my favorite places to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. Food is always top notch, and the wide variety of drinks keeps things interesting! By the time you make it through the appetizers, the breadsticks, your soup or salad, and then your meal, you have no room for dessert! But the dessert menu always looks too good to pass up so you can't help but take something to-go! I love it, I'm definitely a customer for life!
Olive Garden is a well known and dependable institution. Affordable meets delicious. Today, it was also super family friendly, so... if you're thinking of proposing to your high school crush, and you're still in high school, this is a great choice! If you want to take your romance to a whole new level, well... Do you really want that after eating the endless breadsticks? Probably not. But, if she does say yes, and you get married, and have a bunch of kids, this will be the place for you to feed everybody delicious Italian food.
After shopping for Easter gifts with my son and his girlfriend we ate lunch here. Now we all know Olive Garden is known for their salad and bread sticks. How yummy those stick are too. We start with salad and bread sticks.Now there are 3 of us take in mind. Waitress brings out salad & 3 bread sticks.I say to myself, what is there a shortage..??! So I ask the waitress cod we have alittle more please. So off she goes. Now the salad was just enough to have one plate of salad for all three people. We are not talking about good size salad either people. I order a appetizer for my meal, The shrimp.The kids one had Alfredo with broccoli and the other tortellini with chicken. Lunch is served with a basket of NO BREAD STICKS?! Have to ask.so waitress comes back with YES ONLY 3.??! No refills on drink were asked, even though are drink were almost gone. Skimpy on the salad and bread sticks. The food was good. So my suggestion to you,if you go to this location ask for double bread sticks and stay on your waitress cause apparently the service wasn't trained properly. Who knows you may have to throw on that apron and get your own drinks ? ! Would I go back? Yes I would give them another try, but not the same server.Happy eating
Ordered online, got text saying food was done (earlier than original expected time). Worker comes to car saying I came early, but food would be out in 10mins. I did not come early, I ordered my food in the car in the parking lot.She said if I fill out the survey on receipt I get free dessert. She said they prefer all high ratings.I did the survey in car, said I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied.I should not have fallen for the Okey doke.First and last visit. My food came out at the original time it was supposed to.The store is trying to get their numbers up, but the truth is in the pudding. My experience was a complete fail. I will never return here.I stopped going to olive garden decades ago because the stores smelled like mildew carpet.Kids Alfredo with spaghetti noodles, but I received fettuccine noodles. Pasta was dry and old. Salad was full of huge middle core pieces. Soup was decent. Oily, but decent.Won't return.
So delicious. I got the all you can eat soup and salad of course the breadsticks too. Wonderful waitress. Very nice and got my food quick.
We went about 4:00 pm to beat the crowd and was told our wait time was 25 minutes. We were sat within 10 minutes. The food was delicious and perfect. Our server was friendly and attentive to our needs. I felt she went above expectations to make our experience a good one. The mango strawberry iced tea is delicious and refreshing. The zepoli dessert is now called warm Italian donuts.....it's a must try! Comes with raspberry and chocolate dipping sauces....but we like the chocolate.
Got a to-go order. Everything was packaged nicely. Staff had our order ready on time. I'm not a fan of the food so much. My shrimp scampi was skimpy. My three stars are for the staff and their attention to detail with to-go orders.
The definition of average and boring. Food is ok. Service and vibe is ok. Price is ok. Just boring really. With so many unique dining experiences so close by, don’t choose this unless you’re craving the reliably decent offerings of a nationally dull franchise. Be adventurous! Be local! Get it together! It’s a punchline for a reason.
When we arrived, we walked to the bar area (under the impression it was open seating). The bartender was quite busy and informed us that we could order drinks from the bar but due to the fact that she had tables, she was unable to serve us food. Not a big deal.The bartender was amazing. We ended up being sat in her section anyways. She was a wonderful server and made sure our lunch was enjoyable. I believe her name was Kourtlan. MVP of the day, for sure!!!!With that said, there was a distinct lack of hospitality from the multiple hostesses and the manager that appeared to just be holding up the wall.
