I haven't been in an olive garden in over 12 yrs. The menu has changed quite a bit. I was disappointed that they didn't have the chicken Caesar salad on the menu anymore. The chicken parmesan was delicious the staff kind, efficient, and great Kris our server was great. I wasn't use to the pay at the table function but it was very helpful and useful. Olive garden is Still on my top list of fav restaurants

I really love Olive Garden. Today, the food was a 5 but the service was 1 star. The girl who waited on us was very shy and timid and I could barely hear her when she asked us for our food order. After she brought our food we did not see her again until we asked another server if they could help us with more salad, soup, and drink refills. She finally came to help us but by then we were ready to leave. Hopefully this Olive Garden will do a better job of training there staff. Overall I give this Olive Garden a 3 star rating.

Its been awhile since I last ate at Olive Garden. The food was delicious. I had the mozzarella cheese sticks as a starter and they were yummy. The salad was equally good. I loved the salad dressing they used. I ordered the build your own pasta. Had the spaghetti with 5 cheese sauce and 2 Italian sausage. It was very delicious. Can't forget the bread stick. They were hot fresh and yummy. The waitress was very friendly

I love Hulen st Olive Garden. ? they are all so nice and care about their customers. I told them it was my birthday (I ordered Togo so I didnt think anyone would even see I said it was my birthday) and I got a free dessert!!! That is great customer service!! They pay attention!! Love it!!!

Came here for a family birthday. We were finally served our food an hour and fifteen minutes after we arrived. My food was missing. Several plates were not warm. Drinks were wrong or forgotten. We were so happy to finally leave after being there for 2.5 hours. Never ever going to Olive Garden again.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. Which if you come on a Saturday or Sunday to any restaurant it’s pretty much a given that you’re going to have to wait. Bar was busy so couldn’t do my go to quick seating. Only waited for 12 minutes for a table for 2, which is pretty darn good. Our server was exceptional and very sweet. Only reason why it’s 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 is because the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. Didn’t look to be cleaned at all this month or for a while…

Host where on there phones, asked for a booth and she sat us down at a regular table then got bothered because we reminded her of what we asked for. Our waitress was awesome, my 3 year old son had to use the restroom and when we went in the stall it was disgusting, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The sink has stains like if it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. But our food was good.

This is my favorite Olvide Garden in Fort Worth. I love being able to get quality food reasonably priced. Soup or salad come with every entre, a bottle of wine is inexpensive, and desserts are rich & delicious.Restaurant was about half full when I most recently went on a Sunday evening. Food came out quickly, barely had finished my chicken and gnocchi soup (the best in my opinion) by the time my seafood pasta came out! My only complaint was that we were left without a bottle opener for our wine, but she returned within a few minutes to open it up.In years of coming to this specific location, I have never had a disappointing meal or poor customer service. Will gladly continue to bypass 2 other closer locations to dine at this Olive Garden!

My family and I entered the olive garden at 1245 with a party of 10 and we watched people come in after us with parties from 5-9 go before us. When asked about it and why the app does not reflect the in store wait time. The response I was given was a non empathic answer, basically " that's the way it is". At least show some empathy or apologize for the wait. Don't provide excuses but be sincere and provide and update. The hostes customer service is lacking and they need an abundance of training. We are still waiting and it's 133pm CST. Next step manager.after that head office.

Friday night at the Olive Garden the place was packed. On arrival we ordered a table and were advised a 25 minute wait…and in 20 minutes we were shown to the table. The lovely food smells coming from the restaurant while we waited were tantalizing. Our party chose the endless soups and salad option. This is a great idea, because as you finish each soup, you’re able to select a different one to continue the endless soups. Salad was good and service was excellent. They use a digital device at the table for ordering and payment and requesting our service. This is very cool. We had a great time and would very happily return.
