First off I have to say our server was great! He had a great attitude, was attentive, & was just an overall kind person.BUT from the moment we walked in the door (right when they opened) the server (Nicole) at the front who was helping the hostess sit people, had the worse attitude I’ve ever experienced. She asked how many were in our party & when we didn’t answer immediately (we were counting our party) she rudely & loudly asked again in a condescending tone. I wish it would have ended there, but it did not. When the hostess came up to ask her how many in our party, she said “10! We just had 3 parties of 10 come in & it’s ridiculous!” Right in front of us. That was completely unprofessional & extremely rude! I understand everyone is short staffed right now, but to complain in front of a customer is unacceptable. Thank goodness she wasn’t our actual server or we would have walked out. I wish I would have remember the man who waited on us, because he made up for our bad experience.Thank you.
Pizza and wings are good but service fell flat last Thursday (6/16). Stephanie arrived at our table fairly promptly but as still putting her hair up as she greeted us. I ordered tea and my husband was still looking over the list of beers. Stephanie left to get my tea before we could order the wings. She came back with my tea, husband ordered a beer and again she left immediately before we could place the order for wings.Finally we were able to order wings - And our pizza's. Asked for all Flats on the wings - got a mix of pieces.In the meantime, another server's young child was in the booth next to us. Now, I totally understand not being able to find a babysitter and needing to show up for work - BUT the kid can sit in an empty station (or at least NOT right next to the customers). At one point the little girl climbed into the booth seat right behind my husband and reached over the booth to touch him. I had him move to my side of the booth. (all the little girl's mom said when she came by was "don't look at them" - instead of instructing her to stay on her side and sit down.. it wasn't "cute", it was intrusive)Someone brought the child a chicken tender dinner. Our server thought that looked good so ordered one herself and then sat down in the booth behind us and ate dinner. (at one point the manager - I think it was a manager - was on the dining room floor and chose not to notice or say anything to Stephanie).Wasn't very attentive to us, was more interested in talking to the other server.At the end of the meal had to flag her down to get our check.Now, this is not the normal level of service but it really left us with a sour taste about coming back.
We have been here several times and it doesn't seem like they are ever super busy. It's a great place to grab a drink and watch a game. We love ordering their pizza rolls! They are so delicious, you have to try them. The last time we went I ordered the tuscan chicken pizza and it was surprisingly delicious. It is a very unique pizza because they put fresh spinach dressed in a lemon vinaigrette on top of the pizza. It adds so much flavor to the pizza. My husband ordered the deep dish pepperoni pizza and he said it was amazing. This place is worth trying out! One thing I will mention is sometimes the service can be slow so don't go there if you are in a rush.

everything was yummy, the artichoke dip was my fav. the pretzels were also good. pizza was ok
Service, food quality, and drinks are fantastic! The menu has something for everyone, and they always have a wide variety of beer on tap. Our experience is always top notch. Keep up the good work!6 stars for the Buffalo Chicken Roll appetizer!! ?
The worst service if you order takeout. I arrived 10 mins after my pickup time and had to wait another 15 mins for my food and what was brought out wasn't even correct! It's like because you already paid for your food they literally don't care to make it and would rather serve people dining in. Doesn't matter that I ordered 2 apps, 2 entrees, 2 drinks and a kids meal and left a 15% tip, my money apparently wasn't good enough for my food to get made. Editing this because apparently the girl at the front or someone in back decided it would be funny to put some kind of soft drink (tasted like Dr Pepper) in the kid's cup which was supposed to be an apple juice for my 2 year old. I did not find it funny, especially since he drank some before I realized what it was.
We went for lunch so it wasn't very busy. Service was good. The food got mixed reviews from our group. But there are so many styles of pizza. This one isn't my favorite but 3 out of 5 in our group really liked it.
