Haven't been here for quite a while and I'm so sorry I haven't. Everything we had here was delicious. And the service was top-notch. I had the German pancake with blueberries, my wife had the corn pancakes. We shared an appetizer of fried mozzarella beforehand. Cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside with gooey goodness on the inside. I would highly recommend going to groupon before you come here, they offer discounts on both 25 and $50 increments that you can get for about half price. Be careful which one you buy because some are only good during a certain time. Obviously we will be back. Also be forewarned, if you come here early in the morning you will most definitely wait in line to be seated. This place is generally always packed. But it's well worth it. We showed up at about 10:45 and had no issues.

Came here for Mother's day brunch and was pretty disappointed. We did wait which is understandable because it was mother's day and they sat us right around the time they said they were. Unfortunately the building is super outdated, with the floor super dirty, dirty walls and musty smell in the air. The server was very young and really didn't seem to care for being there, he did however get our order correct and was attentive. The coffee had no flavor, and the rest of the food was bland as well, the hash browns were dry, the bacon was gross. My husband had a chicken fried steak and he said the meat tasted weird. The only thing that was good were the pancakes, they were delicious. Unfortunately nothing else.

Outstanding food. Start with the keggers and the ranch chips. Both are extremely tasty. Next was their famous German pancake finished at your table. I added blueberries. To die for. Also made it a combo with sausage and eggs. The service is as outstanding as the food. Lots of timely refills. Just go, you won't regret it.

This place is located very close to the zoo and TCU. The staff was very friendly and the venue had a rustic Texas feel to it. We were quickly greeted by friendly staff and seated at a booth. Everything was clean, and the server brought our drinks to us quickly. The food did not take too long, and we enjoyed the eggs, sausage and coffee quite a lot. We were not a fan of the pancakes, but they were not bad, it is a very different style than we are used to, but I know lots of people do like them. We did have a good experience.

We were looking for a quick place for breakfast while driving through Ft Worth. This was a treat! Our server was excellent. She described the German pancakes and I couldn’t resist. I had planned on something simple and healthy. This dish came looking like a huge crepe filling the plate. The server squeezed fresh lemons to make a filling. She then folded it many times. If you like lemons and crepes this is perfect!

Excellent old school breakfast. Enjoyed the coffee (basic but tasty blend like Greek dinners) and South of border omelet. Recommend it! Biscuits and sausage gravy. For dessert we had the famous German pancake. Great way to finish. Aaron was our server and was great!

It's definitely a very unique vintage style restaurant. From the architecture outside and the inside decoration. The food wasn't bad, but wasn't what we expected due the great reviews we read online. Part of our order was onions ring's and unfortunately they come very overcook. The bacon wasn't good either. But the fried chicken has very good flavor. And the German style breakfast was definitely the highlight from all the food that we ordered. They need to do a deeper cleaning in the tables, floor and specially the clear table dividers. The location is great. And for last but not least. Our elderly woman server was super sweet and very attentive. Always making sure that my coffee cup was full and checking on us continuously.

A Fort Worth staple that has decent food in a rundown building. The service was good, food was okay. If you're looking for a decent breakfast at a good price, this is the spot. The Dutch baby and chicken fried steak were really great. The building is old and not very well taken care of. If you're one of those people who avoids restaurants with carpet -- avoid.

We followed the online recommendations for Best Breakfast in Ft. Worth and we were not disappointed. Despite what looked like a long line, we were seated in <10 mins. Our server Crystal (sp?) was awesome and took our order quickly while recommending the German pancakes. My wife who had a German grandmother said it was the best German pancake she'd ever had. It was my first German pancake and it was delicious! We also had a pecan waffle and a piece of French Toast...all delicious. The food was excellent, the service friendly and quick. We forgot to take pics of our food. But here's a pic of our empty plate to "PROVE" it was delicious. We'll be back !

Needed breakfast and fast and they failed to disappoint. 15 min wait for party of 6. Our server was awesome. Place is open 24hrs so unfortunately no alcohol. They just opened a new location in Burleson Texas also. The Dutch Baby sampler was made better at the Burleson location. Bathrooms are small. My daughter's friend said the crepes were basically tasteless even with the fruit on top. She was expecting filled crepes though.
