Nopeidy Nope no. We walked in and were greeted by the bad smell of hot summer pier trash can. The fish in the coolers were slimy and had foggy eyes. The mussels and clams were covered in ice and dead. Flies were on just about everything. I don't know how people were actually eating in this place.
I don't know if it was our differences in race, but staff was not friendly upon entry. The pregnant cashier sneezed directly on some food on ice without mask or turning away or holding nose. We were the only couple making an order for food, yet it took a long time to be ready, and when we got it, it was overcooked and just awful. Ketchup packets and the food looked as if they were thrown in, bad presentation overall. Never going back.
Very nice fishmonger. Good selection, everything I bought was fresh, and tasty. It's best to come early, things seem to sell out fast.
Best place for a crawfish boil in the DFW. Awesome seafood selection. Last time I went I even saw Aquaman there eating so you know its good!
Update May 5th, 2022: I got two mini lobsters ,2 tiger prawns, 1lb of crawfish, 1/2 pound gulf shrimp cooked in their signature Cajun citrus seasoning. One of my lobsters was like mashed potatoes and one of my tiger prawns was like mashed potatoes… not happy with my latest visit, reducing them down to four stars, we’ll see if they make it better. Update 4.14.22 The in store experience is amazing, the lobster add on , tiger prawn, gulf shrimp to the crawfish boil is amazing. Enjoyed a corona beer while waiting. Customers dining in are super friendly!! Changing to 5 stars. I’ll have to make my garlic Cajun butter at hone to compliment their citrus sauce. 1st review April 1,2022 Uber delivery . Restaurant did not follow instructions. I only ordered 1 pound of crawfish and asked for 2 sides of melted garlic butter. No butter at all was sent. Changing my final price to pay for condiments is fine, but seriously to not even call or text me that a request can’t be fulfilled is unprofessional. 1st time customer. I tried to call. Their listed number just rings then goes to a recording saying they don’t have voicemail set up yet. I give three stars since the crawfish tasted good, fresh and well purged …very unique citrus Cajun flavor. Food arrived in a plastic bag that was placed in a paper bag.

Purchased 10 pounds of live crawfish. Threw away more than half of the bag due to them being dead. Be cautious when buying live crawfish. Check them before you purchase or you’ll spend your money on dead ones.
Got crayfish here and half of them were dead. Just spend the money and go elsewhere. We believe he knew that they were dead once he started splitting the bag out, since we only wanted so many lbs.
Went to pick up a sack of crawfish today, got them in water to clean and 80 percent of them were dead. Tried calling for a few hours but kept getting a voice mail box that was full. Finally got ahold of someone and was told they wouldn’t do anything and that it was my fault because I didn’t call them sooner.
