We had Not Just Q cater our sons graduation party this afternoon. By far this is the BEST Food truck experience we’ve ever had. The food was absolutely on point, nobody was standing waiting for their food for more that 2 min. The portions were great! Also, VERY reasonably priced! To top it off; the guys were kind and friendly! I’d put these guys up there with some of the best BBQ in Texas… You won’t regret hiring them for your next event!
We hired Not Just Q for our house warming party and the food was absolutely delicious, Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had, highly recommend you order the green beans as a side! Everything was so good we didn’t even have leftovers! When placing the order it was so easy because of their great customer service! Thank you for the delicious BBQ you have a customer for life we can’t wait to have some of your delicious food soon!
Our annual Volunteer Celebration was catered by Not Just Q on 4/30/22. It was fabulous! The meats were ample, hot and tasty. Potato salad was perfect and banana pudding was loaded. We couldn't have asked for more.On time, joyfully served and within budget. 5 STARS!
The food— INCREDIBLE. I’ve eaten a lot of BBQ, and these guys do it top notch. Three words to describe the Q crew: fast, fun, and fabulous. I would definitely recommend them for any event that wants to experience authentic, genuine BBQ. The sweet looking truck is just an added bonus.
Not Just Q catered our wedding reception. The food was excellent. Our guests loved it. They were so helpful with figuring out how to set everything up for the party and figuring out the menu. They arrived early and were so flexible and prompt with responses while we were doing the planning. It was a pleasure working with Not Just Q. We hired Not Just Q BBQ Catering for a small birthday event for my son. When I tell you the level of professionalism, courtesy, and communication is unparalleled I mean it. Katy was super easy to work with, when asked for an invoice it was sent promptly, putting down the deposit was easy, and she was so happy to help make a custom menu within our price point. The food was amazing. This was by far the best BBQ and queso we’ve had in a really long time. It would give my wedding BBQ a run for its money. We whole heartedly recommend them for any sort of event, and they were phenomenal for our small party. 10/10 recommend, we will be back for our next birthday event.

I was lucky enough to have the Not Just Q food truck at my wedding this past weekend and it was a total success! Not only was the team courteous and great to work with, but the food was amazing! The BBQ was obviously great, but do yourself a favor and get the cheesy corn. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Hope to live back in the DFW area soon so I can be a regular customer :)
