I was here 12 minutes before and they didn’t want to make the bowl. RUDE. I wasn’t the only customer , there was another person wanting to order something and they refused to make it for us!!!!! 1 star just for that ??
From my experience, the best time to go is before 2pm on a weekday. We’ve gone later in the evening and earlier on the weekends and they seem a little short-staffed or just slower in general.Love their smoothies, juices, and bowls anytime though!! ??? ????They do have a vegan protein option that can be added to almost anything.
Holly and her girls are amazing. I stop through here about 3/4 times a week on my commute to work and my juice is always on point. I get greeted every morning by Brianna and always leave happy! Keep up the good work ladies.
Stopped by to get a treat. Never got greeted waited and waited to be called upon never did. Not worth it don't recommend this place they rush thru the stuff didn't pay attention to the order they had to remake it. I have anaphylaxis allergies so yeah this place almost killed me
Bowls good, customer service amiss, and the lobby tables were messy.
Went in a little bit after 7pm to order a celery drink. The heavy set black girl with the blue braids never greeted us. I stood there looking at the menu thinking she would speak to us yet she still said nothing. So I just ordered and she had a terrible attitude and demeanor. Then when my drink was done she just placed it on the counter top without saying a word. Very disappointing. Nekter may need to pay their people more because she’s obviously disgruntled.
One star only cause it smells like oranges in here. Girls who work here don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Take forever to make an order and are just rude. Not worth it. Go to central market for a juice or smoothie. Hire friendly employees!

I’ve never received very good service here. No one greets you when you walk in and you can almost always expect to wait minutes before someone acknowledges you. Customer service is nonexistent.
