Food was amazing! I started by ordering a Mango Mimosa which was a 10/10! We got the spinach artichoke dip which was also a 10/10, we also got an order of the stuffed berry French toast to share and it was great! Our server was Jesse and he did an amazing job at attending us and making sure everything was good! I really recommend requesting him as y’all’s server. Food wise I ended up going with the avocado bacon omelette which was so bomb! I recommend eating here, place was super clean and everyone was super nice overall! You won’t be disappointed.
My family ate a late breakfast here this morning, Ethan helped us out and was very attentive in his serving. The food was great and came out pretty quickly, the only negative is that my wife's ham and cheese omelet was luke warm on the inside. Overall, it was still a great breakfast with the type of good service we like from places like Mimi's Cafe.P.s. The blueberry crumble muffin pictured here is wonderful in every way.
So, I felt like I should come on here and give Mimi’s a fair shake after reading some of the recent reviews… this was my second time eating here now and both times the food was great. I had eggs and bacon and pancakes and French fries none of which was bland or cold or undercooked. Matter of fact my eggs over medium was pretty perfect to me.. I want to encourage people who have never tried it to give it a shot and don’t be put off from bad reviews. ❤️
We were surprised that we took this out of the rotation only because its a pain for us to get over there. The extra 3 left turns and parking lot surfing around the parkway interchange is worth it for us. "She stays"Great Place with tad bit of New Orleans flare. Extensive brunch and all day breakfast menu. We started our meal with French onion soup. Not super salty for a change. Entree was Pot roast with the red wine shallot gravy. I do recommend!! save room for the bread pudding! Great service and a relaxing meal in a "better than casual" atmosphere. Its close to Pets Mart

We had the chicken pasta (Italian), and jambalaya over white rice. Both were delicious. We could have had jambalaya with pasta.The jambalaya sauce was delicious with enough spice to feel it without making you sorry for having it. Being poured on the white rice, the rice had not soaked in the flavors but it was still great and made the pasta option possible.

So normally when we go to Mimi’s it is fantastic. Service is. Great, food is great and what you get is for what you pay is great. Not after covid. Today went to Mimi’s over by Hulen while service and coffee was great the quality of food and what you received for what we paid was definitely a disappointment. On top of it the quiche was microwaved. Big disappointment.
The red velvet muffin is so good! It's served warm and with cream cheese icing! Great place for breakfast and brunch!
