Not bad. Not my favorite Mexican food place. But the spinach enchiladas were very good. Just veggie enchiladas, carrots, mushrooms, spinach of course. Onions cabbage, so many good veggies all cooked into an enchilada. The sauce was even very good. And our waiter Julio did a great job! This place is better than most, just not the best.

Visiting during the week was peaceful but lax. Upon our arrival, we weren't greeted immediately, but that was soon remedied through Mi Cocina's customer service. We ordered two Ceviche de Camarones (Verde; and Pineapple and Jicama), #10 Two Pork Picoso Tamales, and the "Mi Cocina" Margarita. All of the food we ordered were good, but one of them takes first place—the Ceviche de Camarones (Pineapple and Jicama). This dish was packed with flavors and was filling. In comparison to the Verde, the Pineapple and Jicama one wins by a mile, so if you're torn between the two, definitely choose the Pineapple and Jicama. As for the #10 from the lunch menu, it was alright. There wasn't anything that truly stood out. Nothing was too special about the drink either. As for the customer service, it was a bit odd. We were initially greeted by a lady, but she never really came around to getting our orders, so another server served us. He, on the other hand, made sure we were taken care of which made the experience a lot better because the environment overall was a bit odd.Overall, I'm unsure if I'd visit this location again. It seemed quiet, but it was too relaxed and the food was just 'good'—it wasn't the same as before, and I've been here a couple of times (this was the first Mi Cocina location I've ever visited).

Chicken fajita nachos Our male waiter was very nice. But looked like the restaurant was understaffed. But I think everybody is with Covid.

My fiance and our friend was visiting when we visited your ftw west freeway restaurant. The waiter became frustrated with my order. I asked first water's no other drinks. He got high pitch in his questions, rushing us in our order. I had to ask for another waiter. My fiance had lost his appetite and we ended up getting it to go last Thursday night. This happened once before with another waitress, the matter was resolved. 76107 ftworth Texas. Im just a few blocks away. We love the food but it's been 2 bad times over a waiter not wanting us to order what we want?

What an excellent dining experience! We went here on the recommendation of our realtor as we were house hunting from out of state. The waitress was exceptional in checking on us, offering suggestions, and connecting with us and our house hunting adventure. The food itself was delicious: we definitely recommend the chimichanga and the fajitas. (However, one family member recommended NOT doing sunset style, as it was too much onions and not enough "fajita" - it wasn't sizzling when it came out like the actual fajitas that the other family member got).Great experience, even with one person not having as great a food experience as the rest. We will definitely return when we move!

Since starting to go back out to eat since Covid, there has been a massive drop-off in good customer service and wait staff. I fully understand that it can be hard to staff right now, but there are little things.Be nice and respectful - these are your clientsWrite down the order - it won't get messed upWhen the order IS wrong - don't be rude to me about itAll those this happened to us here lately to a point where in the future when we are thinking Mexican, it probably won't be at Mi Cocina anymore.

Highly disappointing experience this past Saturday evening. Let me first state that the overall experience was bad but made better by a very apologetic manager who did everything for us that our server should have been doing. That being said, my husband and I go to this location about once a month. It’s typically a very enjoyable experience so I won’t let this one experience ruin it forever. Our female server (she didn’t bother to tell us her name) was very stand off-ish, non accommodating, rude, and paid very little attention to us at all. It was early on Saturday and it was not too busy. There were several empty tables in our section, so it didn’t appear she was slammed with patrons. I ordered an iced tea. We were there around an hour and not one single time did she ever offer to refill my empty glass. When we had questions about the menu, she bluntly stated she didn’t know and then hurried away. Now, I don’t know what may have been going on with her and I wish her the best, but if you’re going to be in the service industry, you need to have some sense of customer service and this particular server did not. Once again, our evening was made better by the lovely manager who always speaks to customers came over to us to see how things went. We explained that the food was great, but the service on this night was highly disappointing. Again, she was very apologetic and that did make things better. I hope whoever she was (our server) perked up later on in her shift and paid better attention to her guests.

My family and I visited Mi Cocina on Feb 26th, 2022 around 2pm. The service and hospitality needed some help. On entering, the hostess never greeted us, but grabbed menus and walked away. She stopped, turned around, and gestured that we should have followed her. When seated I thanked her and she replied “you’re welcome” under her breath, which validated there was no impairment on her behalf. Next came the chips and salsa. The young lady approached our table with a visible frown on her face. She too did not say hello or hi and just tossed the bowl on the table. My wife at that point asked her if everything was okay, to which she paused and answered, “I just have a headache”. So the whole experience didn’t start off well. Sadly, the chips were stale and our whole visit just started off wrong. $104.00 later for a family of four (no alcohol), I was disappointed that we didn’t turn around and walk back out. I should have trusted my gut, left and spent our money at a restaurant that made us feel welcome.

Awesome and service is just fabulous!

The wait wasn't bad to be seated, but once seated, my friend and I waited quite a bit for the wrong food to be brought out.The tacos I'd gotten came with chicken, or an option for beef at an upcharge. I wasn't asked if I wanted beef or chicken, but that wasn't a problem as it was default chicken and that's what I wanted. It came out with beef, but they happily changed it for me and there was no further issue with the food. The food was absolutely delicious, but I don't think I will return anytime soon.
