We had an amazing anniversary dinner here! The staff was super attentive, the food was top notch with plenty of helpings so don't worry about getting skipped out on, a live mariachi banda and unlimited FRESH chips & Salsa. They also have plenty of tortillas to send you away with if your plate came with it on the side for FREE! Highly recommend!! This will be our GO TO spot whenever we visit Texas from now on. Thank you all for the 5 star hospitality! :)
My husband and I love this restaurant! My favorite is the avocado enchilada and my husband loves the beef guiso. Service was great, it was really loud in the area were sat at but they didn’t have a problem moving us to a quieter room! We will be coming back! Thank y’all Mezcales staff!
Classic Mexican restaurant with a variety of food from steak to seafood fillings for your tacos, burritos or entrees. I go here about once a month. Service is always top notch and they also sell alcohol beverages to accommodate the delicious food.
One of my best friends Pancho owns this place. He's a real good man and takes good care of his family and his employees. I know that for a fact because I've worked here and the food is fresh and hot and the tortillas are homemade and fresh.
The food was great..... but my husband didn't get his beans with his meal and our friends had almost finished their fajitas when the easier brought the second plate of sides to go with it.... by then it was too late.
The food was good, service was a little slow....but with everyone being shorthanded they were handling the best they could.

This restraunt is awesome and the staff is always very friendly. I do think they could upgrade their booths as they are fairly uncomfortable but the food is really good. They give big portions for the price and it's always good. We will deffinitly be back! Can't beat the prices for date night.
The food is definitely worth the prices! They do season the food to “PERFECTION”! I recommend everyone try this restaurant! It doesn’t seem to be cultural, due to it being located in Samson Park, but don’t let that stop you! The customer service we had was excellent! I even saw them giving food freely to a homeless woman, in which I was humbled to see! I will say, it definitely needs a MAKEOVER! The front smells HORRIBLE due to the restrooms being located right when you walk in. That can be a definite “turn off”. I will also say, it is an older restaurant, so the cleanliness isn’t up to par as it should be (walls dirty, floors dirty, odor, new tables and booths needed). We also didn’t care for the queso, because the ground beef was so chunky, and it definitely needed to be drained, before applying to the cheese mix. In conclusion, the food is Great and so is the Customer Service! We would definitely come back if they get the cleaning up to part!
AMAZING FOOD and SERVICE. Yummy chips and hot sauce made daily and the best queso I’ve had in DFW! We shared the El Pueblito Parrillada platter which has Chicken & Beef Fajitas, Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Stuffed with Cheese and Jalapeño, and INCREDIBLE Chipotle BBQ ribs that fall off the bone! The homemade creamy and dense Flan was perfectly caramelized… and is positively swoon worthy! The very kind and attentive owners are on site and the kind of small business that you’ll want to support! We’re super impressed and definitely drive a bit to make this our new Mexican Food Go To!!!!
