Go to the store on Hulen. They don’t have the same bowls or cones. The ice cream is not as good, they don’t mix anything, and the staff has been rude the times I tried.
I have been to the marbles slab in grand Prairie on 360 and camp wisdom and they never disappoint. I came here since it’s way closer to my house assuming it would be no different. But when I got my vanilla ice cream with mix-ins, it tasted horrible. It had the taste of like hand sanitizer/alcohol. I couldn’t even finish my ice cram all I ate was two spoons of it, it was that bad. I’m so disappointment.
Went to store to get a fudge brownie sundae, I assume this lady is new, cause she went to ask the two other ladies I can hear talking loud in the back how to make it. So she comes back and without anyone with her to train her, and asks me what kind of ice cream I wanted. Then she goes back to the back, and still not one of them came to see what was going on, asking do I want fudge and did I want anything else on it. Well other than the brownies that goes on it. Self explanatory, well adleast I thought it was. I have never wrote a bad review ever, but I just don't understand how the other two employees wouldn't even come help or train the lady.
4.23.22 - the worker set my cone on the counter. I told her I needed a new one. She got the wrong kind of cone and then did not know how to mix the mixins in.

Nice staff oh, but it wasn't a very clean place, the merge of the cookies and the ice cream I thought was going to be awesome but the cookies tasted very stale you couldn't see the ice cream selections unless you were in the line not overly impressive unfortunately. $16 for Two Scoops and a cookie treat
