Childhood favorite! Sweet cream is just as good as I remember. The cereal swirl is great too!
Okay first off, the lemoncello flavor is by FAR my favorite here, second only to the amazing coffee ice cream, it's sweet and refreshing, and tastes like frozen lemonade, and the service is always great here, I was greeted with warm smiles and two very helpful employees, shout-out to Caitlin and Sydney for being top notch employees! They deserve a raise in my opinion.

Great cookies and ice cream cakes
My husband and I went to see how true the negative reviews were. Turns out this place is amazing, the service was exceptional and the ice cream was GREAT!!!
We went here last night…..they were out of waffle cones & brownies….previous attempt they were out of pecans. It annoyed me so much I never want to go back. Blamed it on supply trucks being on strike. Also, not in a nice way. I asked what supply company they used and he couldn’t answer and had major attitude. It’s not like they apologize they act like it’s my fault that they are out of product. Maybe you should have a sign for your excuses of not having products. Maybe you also should explain how to relay this information to Customers.
I debated writing a review, but feel I need to so people will be aware of what to expect. My husband bought me a pre-made ice cream cake for my birthday, and whilst it was delicious ice cream, it was literally an ice cream cake, with less that a quarter inch of cake at the very bottom. I've never had an ice cream cake like this, and I get one every year. For everyone expecting the middle to be 1-2 inches of cake, this was not like that at all. It was delicious, but he could have just bought a jug of ice cream and put some whipped cream on it for cheaper than $29.99. We will be back, but definitely will find somewhere else for next years ice cream cake.
Worst place EVER!! I ordered a cookie and was told it would be ready at 5:30pm. I went to pick it up at 7:45pm and they never made it. They said it was due they didn't have any designers. Then why did they even take my order and state it would be ready by 5:30pm. Now my son will not have a cookie cake for his birthday party. I WILL NEVER EVER WILL COME BACK!
We ordered a birthday ice cream cake and we were supposed to pick it up at noon. At 12:45, while my husband was still sitting and waiting for the cake, excuse after excuse, I told him to leave. Ice cream cakes shouldn’t be advertised if no one can make them. Sadly, there isn’t a backup plan for another cake, happy birthday!!
