The hours on Google do not actually reflect the hours of the store. I rushed to get here by 10:30 because that’s the hours online. There is a piece of paper reflecting that they close at 10:00 rather than the 10:30 hour shown on the window sticker.
Wonderful place! Yummy Ice Cream & the Cakes are delish! The customer service is fantastic! I was able to find a last minute Cookie Cake for a Birthday here after searching 6 other places! Def my 1st Go To in the future!

We preordered a Cookies & Cream ice cream cake online for my daughter’s birthday. They didn’t have her first two choices of cakes available, despite them being an ice cream cake store. We waited in line for 30 minutes while two very young teenaged girls struggled to take/make orders. When it was our turn, one of the girls handed us a frozen $53.00 hot mess…that looked NOTHING like the picture of the cake we’d purchased online. When I asked why, the 16 y/o girl said that the pictures online were “just a guideline”… that the actual cake decoration “was up to the person decorating it”. When I asked them to put my daughter’s name on it to fill the gaping hole in the center where cookies were supposed to be, I was told they don’t personalize the cakes with names. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one available. When I asked to speak to an adult in charge, I was told that the adult manager left town for the weekend and left them to run the store! I’ve never, in my entire life, been to any establishment where there wasn’t an adult present - only two very young, very inexperienced teenagers.The icing was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and not uniform in size (see the border around the base of the cake). Some icing blooms were about 1/4” long, while some were well over 1” long. The cake itself was missing 1/2 of the Oreo’s compared to the online cake picture. The center of the cake was supposed to form a cookie circle with beautiful cookie crumbles in the middle, but that was also missing. The sides of the cake had no Oreos at all, and the cake looked like something an amateur baker was practicing on in the back room between customers….not a cake that someone paid good money for. Do not order an ice cream cake and expect to get one that looks like the pictures they have posted online. I spent almost $60.00 on that cake and still had to buy Oreo cookies from the grocery store to make it look presentable. For that much money, it should include a ribbon with a frosting name draped across the top, or some other form of personalization.Save yourself the drama and order a cake from an actual bakery - not an ice cream store run by teenagers. It was a very costly mistake and an embarrassment to take to my daughter’s birthday party.
I come here to get the cookies and cream shake and boy are they good so yes I recommend 10/10
Came here to get a nice bowl of ice cream.. instead they are closed more than a hour & a half than it says on the store! If there are new hours please update on your store walls & Google. Ridiculous

Spent 19$ on 2 small cups of hardly any icecream. Don't order online they will rip you off. Also paid for TWO waffle bowls but got neither of them. Just overall ripped me off.

We stopped at the convenience store and spent $6.00 on Oreo cookies to add to the cake so it would look “presentable”.
