We had my son's 20th birthday party here. It was so much fun. The party host was attentive and friendly. Bowling was great. The teens and younger adults loved laser tag and the arcade. Us parents enjoyed the pool tables and shuffle boards games. It my sons girlfriends idea. We had never been here before so we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised to say the least. The food was good. Pricing was good too. Definitely would recommend!

Arrived at 630p on a Sat w no reservations. Expecting to wait I was surprised to ask for a table and get seated right away. We planned to grab a bight and a drink then head back out. After sitting at our table for over 40 min I finally flagged someone who appeared to be a manager down and asked if we had a server or if I was supposed to order somewhere. He advised our section only had 1 server and she was super busy but would get her. Mind you we had been watching said only server bouncing all over the area, except ours. Finally got our order in, 1 bucket of beer, pizza and spinach dip. Pizza came out, amazing. Spinach dip came out, even better. Yet still no beverages or napkins. Our server bounced by to see if it was OK and after asking about our bucket (that literally was 10 steps away for about 20 min) she grabbed it from the well. No sooner had she dropped our drinks did she also drop the ticket saying she didn't want to loose us in "the chaos". Literally the calmest Saturday night a place like this can get. I don't know what the deal was, but definitely ruined our night. 3 hours for pizza and beer. I could understand if we had spent time waiting to be seated. Or if they were crazy busy. But they were not.
We always have fun here, right now (like everyone else) they are short staff. They only had two servers for the entire bowling area and sitting area. Come early if not wanting to hit the rush.
Staff must have been off their game today. Went in to bowl with my son and one of his friends… and I didn’t realize I had diff options nor did they explain them to me till after I paid and signed a no refund paper. So, proceeded to make the best of it, bowling lane was busted, took 10-15 mins to get it resolved but the time wasn’t added to our hour. Asked for help several times and it just seem to annoy the staff. On the flip side, food was good. Overall, not a great experience; I’ll just go to another location next time.
Great time. Laser tag was awesome. Hadn’t had this much fun in a long time. The $20.00 all day play after noon was well worth it.
We celebrated a birthday with endless bowling,laser tag and billiards. This was a great birthday gathering for the family. We also enjoyed all kinds of arcade games. Would definitely recommend this to others!
