I have lived in Fort Worth for over 7 years and somehow this amazing buffet has escaped my notice. My first time there was absolutely amazing. There are so many choices on the buffet and the price is incredibly reasonable. I could not sample everything on the buffet so I must go back. This is a definite must for anyone who likes international cuisine. And it is not over the top spicy for those who do not tolerate too much heat.
One of my favorite r.estaurants. The lunch buffet is back open. The aroma is like heaven when you walk in. I love the buffet, the flavors are like a culinary party in your mouth.
As usual I only rate it if worth 5stars Maharaja is a family owned "mom and pop" great Indian restaurant with friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend the lunch buffet, yum!
First time eating Indian food and will not be the last. Service was fast and friendly. Food was very flavorful!
As soon as you enter this restaurant you are greeted with the delicious smell of Indian spices. It was an amazing experience that I would love to enjoy again. This restaurant is sure to satisfy your cravings and your taste buds in one sitting. We ordered the Chicken Samosas, Butter Chicken, Mushroom Mutter, and Chicken Tikka. The samosas were filled with delicious chicken. The outside was a bit bready for my liking, but that’s fine. The butter chicken took my breath away. Oh my god the butter chicken is soooo delicious. It comes with a bowl of rice which perfectly compliments it. The rice was perfectly cooked and further brought out the deliciousness of the butter chicken. The mushroom mutter was delicious. It had a nutty taste to it and was served with nice and tender mushrooms. It didn’t come with rice tho?.The chicken tikka was perfect. This famous dish will be famous with your taste buds too. The Tomato sauce perfectly accompanies the marinated chicken. It was amazing. The employees were so kind and helpful. They had no problem changing the recipe to make it less spicy. They were even kind enough to answer all our questions. They truly made the experience more wonderful.TLDR: clean restaurant with beautiful decor and delicious food with amazing staff. 10/10 would recommend
Decent essential buffet selection when I went in.(offered on certain days) Great authentic Indian cuisine with the great herbs and spices without the heat. This restaurant didn't have the spice heat cranked up for the buffet selections. I highly reccomend this restaurant with two thumbs up. Will be returning.
Excellent quality dishes.I usually go to another Indian restaurant but the quality of chicken they were using had deteriorated drastically. My meal here was tasty, generous portions and prepared quickly. I will be going back !

SO GREAT. :)
No spoons or utensils when you order online. Food was too salty. Placed two orders. PLEASE send each order separately not as one order. One rice to share. Noooo I ordered two separate orders, honor my order. At work and I have no utensils. Plus different office how we gonna share rice.
Very very delicious food, so much flavor, I absolutely loved it and will be coming back
