The staff is incredible (shout out to Ariana)- they opened the door back up after they closed so we could get take out. The food is consistently awesome and we’ve been to this location at least 10 times and get the same service and excellent food quality every time. We’ll be back!
Kim went above and beyond to make sure that my Mom’s dietary restrictions were adhered to. She even brought her a gluten free brownie to try, which was phenomenal. This is is great place to get a healthy, flavorful meal!
I came here for the first time and ordered take out for Father’s Day. My meal total was $47 so I grab $100 to pay. When I go to pay for my meal the cashier holds the pen to mark it in his hand then the cashier next to him snatched it out of his hand and begins holding it up to the light. They then go to the back to their manager.If a store does not take $100 bills typically they would have a sign saying no large bills.When they come back to the register they say that they cannot take hundred dollar bills. What’s odd to me is that they never marked it with the pin to identify if it was real or not. It was very embarrassing. I tell them that it’s real and I’m not sure why they’re doing that. I question if it’s because I’m black. The cashier who snatched it away then says “it’s not that have a good day.”I am now leaving the store completely heartbroken, embarrassed and hungry. I thought that in 2022 we would be past this.
First time having Luna Grill and I loved it. I had the steak kabob and added falafel. Gosh! Can’t wait to go back. Flavors were great, the tray it’s served in is very convenient, and the service was great! Kim was especially wonderful and kind. Great service.
Good food, moist chicken. A bit pricey for casual dine in experience and portion size. They don’t have plates and use plastic utensils. Not only is this a bit understated for price, it’s so wasteful. The plastic disposable plates are so hefty.
Healthy Mediterranean ingredients. When Patrick was the manager, it was the most consistent food quality and service of any place I’ve dined. The food was made with the same care that Patrick showed his customers. I brought my father here to eat just before his heart surgery, he loved it. When I told Patrick, he had real compassion for my father and handed me a gift card. When my father recovered, he happily took his wife for dinner. Lately in the manager’s absence, the food has been lacking quality. For instance the loaded fries were unusually greasy and my boyfriend’s meat is sometimes undercooked. At other locations, the service varies from kind to careless. So I always chose this location. Patrick made sure we left with a smile every time.. he loved to make people laugh in a world of many troubles. And that should be noted.
Very slow that day. Maybe they were short staffed. First time Luna Grill so not sure if they are normally that slow. Waited 45 minutes for food. Others had ordered on line for pick up and food still wasn't ready. Waiting with a starving 4 year is rough. May give it another try. Had the chicken kabob and rice. It was very good.
Awful service, placed an online order , arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes later and order was only half done and they had NO idea when it would be ready. Everyone seemed confused and I was one of many who were waiting for there order for a long time. You need to get them some more employees!! I then asked for a refund and no one knew how to cancel my order or give me a refund. I am now waiting on the manager to call me with my refund. This is ridiculous, if you can’t make the order ready on time or are out of ingredients, let the customers know BEFORE they place the order!
So very good! Tzatziki, creamy feta garlic, gyro, chicken, and my favorite stuffed grape leaves (dolmas) oh my heavens such good food. So do glad we found Luna grill. We will definitely be back. And by the way the plates are big enough to share. ❤️
I like small restaurants and this is the perfect size to go with friends and family. The environment is welcoming and employees are good at service. I ordered a gyro plate and the food was well done.
